Дозатор-смеситель содержит цилиндрический кожух, спираль, сменный вкладыш, шкив приводной и расходный бункер с перегородкой. На ступице приводного шкива снаружи закреплена спираль, а внутри нее свободно проходит вкладыш, прикрепленный одним концом к корпусу. Цилиндрический вкладыш расположен под первым отсеком расходного бункера и установлен таким образом, что неподвижный вкладыш резервирует часть пространства внутри спирали для дозирования последующего компонента в соответствии с объемным соотношением его в смеси, при этом перегородка расходного бункера устанавливается фиксированно в плоскости свободного торца цилиндрического вкладыша так, что нижний обрез ее фигурной выемки совпадает с линией внутренней окружности сечения кожуха спирали.Dosing mixer can be used in the feed industry.
