The device relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of buildings of monolithic reinforced concrete with load-bearing transverse planar elements and requiring increased areas of individual premises for industrial, educational, laboratory, administrative and domestic purposes. A monolithic reinforced concrete building includes transverse frames, the vertical elements of which are beams-walls and pylons (columns with a developed size in the transverse direction of the building). The thickness of the beams-walls and pylons is the same and can be 18 o C 25 cm. The wall beams in adjacent rows of frames are located across the floor. The slab in the same row of frames rests on the top of the girder-wall, and in the adjacent row of frames it is suspended to the bottom of the girder-wall of the overlying floor. The connection of the slab with the bottom of the beam-wall is carried out using a volume reinforcing cage placed in the slab and in the threshold of the slab, usually installed for technological reasons for the fixed installation of large-sized inventory formwork. The framework has reinforcement outlets for connection with the overlying part of the girder wall. The overlap threshold is concreted simultaneously with the floor slab and subsequently is an integral element of the beam-wall. The joint operation of the transverse frames under horizontal loads is ensured by monolithic floor slabs, and the rigidity and strength of the wall beams is increased by including a lower reinforced concrete threshold, as well as embedded vertical reinforcement cages, which are extensions of the frames in the pylon.
