The invention relates to powder metallurgy, and in particular to a method for the manufacture of sintered porous materials based on aluminum for tribotechnical parts - bushings of bearings, seals, thrust bearings, etc. materials. This is achieved by using a more effective method of sintering in the combustion mode with the use of initiating ignition additives in the mixture, the use of combined hardening, impregnation in oil. The operational characteristics of the materials obtained by this method are higher compared to analog. The manufacturing method can be carried out at any metal processing enterprise having forging and thermal sections.
