- Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к области биологических исследований растений методом культуры изолированных тканей и может быть использовано в селекции и физиологии. Цель - повышение эффективности оценки селекционного материала. Поставленная задача решается путем культивирования эксплантатов на каллусогенной среде с последующей оценкой ростовых процессов на данной среде, причем оценку генотипов к абиотическим факторам среды проводят по типу реакции эксплантантов на каллусогенной среде, при этом генотип характеризуется повышенной отзывчивостью к благоприятным факторам среды, если на используемой каллусогенной среде большинство оцениваемых культур данного генотипа содержит каллусы мягкие по консистенции, характеризующиеся интенсивным ростом, относящиеся к типу каллусов с низкой регенерационной способностью; генотип характеризуется повышенной устойчивостью к неблагоприятным факторам среды, если на используемой каллусогенной среде большинство оцениваемых культур данного генотипа содержит каллусы твердые по консистенции, относящиеся к типу каллусов с высокой регенерационной способностью; генотип характеризуется высокой устойчивостью к неблагоприятным факторам среды, если на используемой каллусогенной среде у большинства оцениваемых культур данного генотипа наблюдается процесс побегообразования.
