Предложен многокомпонентный оксидный катализатор для комплексной очистки газовых выбросов от оксидов азота и углерода, предсталяющий собой механическую смесь промышленных катализаторов никель-хромового и НТК-10-1, взятых в соотношении (0,1 - 5,0) : 1 соответственно. В состав вышеназванного катализатора входят оксиды никеля, хрома, меди, цинка, алюминия. Катализатор позволяет практически полностью удалить оксиды азота и углерода при 100 - 450oC, объемной скорости газовоздушного потока 20 - 30 тыс. ч-1, при наличии в смеси кислорода (до 100 об.%) . Предлагаемый катализатор может быть широко применен в промышленности для удаления токсичных примесей из газовых технологических выбросов и выхлопных газов двигателей внутреннего сгорания.A multicomponent oxide catalyst is proposed for the comprehensive purification of gas emissions from nitrogen and carbon oxides, which is a mechanical mixture of industrial nickel-chromium and NTK-10-1 catalysts taken in the ratio (0.1 - 5.0): 1, respectively. The composition of the above catalyst includes oxides of Nickel, chromium, copper, zinc, aluminum. The catalyst allows you to almost completely remove the oxides of nitrogen and carbon at 100 - 450 o C, the volumetric velocity of the gas-air flow of 20 - 30 thousand h -1 , if there is oxygen in the mixture (up to 100 vol.%). The proposed catalyst can be widely used in industry to remove toxic impurities from gas technological emissions and exhaust gases of internal combustion engines.
