The disadvantage of this device is the breakdown of cells during centrifugation at the honey extractor, because technological extensions of the honeycomb hive frame side strips (dividers) prevents the honeycomb hive frame honeycomb surface from touching the inner surface of the cassette. Honeycombs bend under the action of honey from the inside of the honeycomb honey hive frame and break.

The cartridge consists of two flat rectangular frames interconnected by jumpers so that the gap between them is sufficient to accommodate a honeycomb hive frame.
