The utility model relates to containers for packaging of two different materials that must be stored separately until use, for example, two-component systems for adhesives, putties, foam sealants, thermal protection or foam packaging.

A known package for a two-component product, consisting of two flat film sections connected through an airtight partition and filled with components to obtain the target product by mixing them in a common chamber after removing the airtight partition, the edges of the first section are beveled and end with a sealed neck (see patent RU 2317139 , CL B65D 81/32, publ. 02.20.2008). The disadvantages of the known device is the inconvenience of filling and emptying, as well as the partial heterogeneity of the resulting product.

The objective of the utility model is to eliminate these drawbacks. The technical result consists in simplifying the filling and emptying of the bag, as well as in improving the quality of mixing. The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the package for a two-component product, consisting of two flat film sections connected through an airtight partition and filled with components to obtain the target product by mixing them in a common chamber after removing the airtight partition, the edges of the first section are beveled and end with a sealed neck, equipped with a hollow tube located inside the first section, two oval holes are made on the surface of the tube at one end and the other end is fixed by soldering to the neck of the package, and the holes are located behind the neck from the side of the bevels of the first section. The package consists of two flat film sections 1 and 2. The sections are connected through an airtight partition 3. The edges of section 1 have bevels 4 that end with a sealed neck 5. Inside section 1 there is a hollow tube 6. Two oval holes are made on the surface of the tube 6 7, which are located behind the neck from the side of the bevels 4 of the first section. The other end of the tube 6 is fixed by soldering to the neck 5 of the package.

Filling the package is as follows. Through a tube 6 in the neck 5, one of the components is introduced into section 2 and sealed with a partition 3. Then section 1 is also filled through the tube 6 with another component and the neck 5 is sealed to form a seam 8. Usage example.

Section 1 is filled with polyester component A, and section 2 is filled with isocyanate component B of the Izolan, 352, Vladipur A-345 or TIMPOL 240C polyurethane foam system. After mixing the components, foam is obtained to fill the cavities of the butt joints during installation of pipelines with thermal insulation from polyurethane foam.

This example does not limit the generality reflected in the formula. The package can also be used for adhesives, putties, foam sealants, thermal protection, etc.

Equipping the bag with the tube with holes allows for more efficient mixing of the components when removing the product from the bag by creating inhomogeneities in the mixture path. In addition, the presence of a tube in the neck makes filling and emptying the bag easier, as it prevents it from sticking together.
