Abstract

1. Поддон для сушилок, содержащий плоскую донную часть и боковые стенки, а также опорные элементы, отличающийся тем, что опорные элементы для горизонтального размещения донной части выполнены одинаковой высоты и размещены вдоль контура и на центральном участке донной части, а боковые стенки расположены по всему контуру донной части, при этом донная часть имеет контур, образованный противолежащими прямолинейными и криволинейными сторонами, и размеры соответствующие габаритным размерам сушилки.2. Поддон по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поддон выполнен из полимерного материала.1. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к описываемому решению является известный поддон для сушилок,который содержит плоскую донную часть, имеющую боковые стенки,расположенные с трех сторон и опорные элементы различной высоты для обеспечения наклонного расположения поддона.The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the described solution is the well-known drier tray, which contains a flat bottom part having side walls located on three sides and supporting elements of different heights to provide an inclined location of the tray.

Для достижения указанного технического результата в известном поддоне для сушилок,содержащим плоскую донную часть, боковые стенки и опорные элементы,согласно описываемой полезной модели опорные элементы для горизонтального размещения донной части поддона выполнены одинаковой высоты и размещены вдоль(контура и на центральном участке донной части,а боковые стенки расположены по всему контуру донной части,при этом дон ная часть имеет контур,образованный противолежащими прямолинейными и криволинейными сторонами,и размеры,соответствующие габаритным размерам сушилки.Поддон выполнен из полимерного у материала. Выполнение опорных элементов одинаковой высоты в описываемом поддоне и их расположение вдоль контура и на центральном участке обеспечивает устойчивое положение поддона в процессе его эксплуатации.Наличие боковых стенок по всему контуру поддона исключает вытекание воды в процессе эксплуатации и соответственно исключает необходимость наличия дополнительной емкости для стекания воды.Кроме того,образование контура донной части поддона криволинейными боковыми стенками позволяет исключить разбрызгивание воды при ее стекании с посуды на сушилке. Описываемая полезная модель поясняется чертежом,где: на фиг.1 - изображен вид спереди описываемого поддона; на фиг.2показан вид сверху описываемого поддона. Описываемый поддон содержит плоскую донную часть I,имеющую контур,образованный противолежащими прямолинейными и криволинейными сторонами,и размеры,соответствующие габаритным размерам сушилки,а также боковые прямолинейные стенки 2 и криволинейные стенки 3 (взаимно выпуклые стенки большого радиуса), расположенные на соответствующих сторонах донной части поддона,и опорные элементы 4, одинаковой высоты для горизонтального размещения поддона,расположенные вдоль контура донной части поддона и на центральном донной части. Использование поддона осуществляется следующим образом. Поддон опорными элементами 4 устанавливают на столе(опоре). На донной части 4 поддона размещают сушилку (на чертеже не показано).После мытья посуды последнюю помещают на сушилке. Вода,стекая на донную часть I поддона,скапливается в полости,ограниченной боковыми стенками 2 и 3.Криволинейная форма боковых стенок 3 исключает попадание воды с сушилки и посуды на поверхность стола (опоры).После накопления воды сушилку снимают и воду из поддона выливают.To achieve the indicated technical result, in the known drier tray containing a flat bottom, side walls and support elements, according to the described utility model, the support elements for horizontal placement of the bottom of the tray are made of the same height and placed along (the outline and the central section of the bottom, and the side walls are located along the entire contour of the bottom part, while the bottom part has a contour formed by opposite rectilinear and curvilinear sides, and the dimensions correspond to dimensions of the dryer. The presence of side walls around the entire contour of the pallet eliminates water leakage in the process operation and, accordingly, eliminates the need for an additional container for draining water. In addition, the formation of the contour of the bottom of the pan is curved lateral and walls allows to exclude splashing of water when it drains from dishes on the dryer. The described utility model is illustrated by the drawing, where: in Fig.1 - shows a front view of the described pallet; figure 2 shows a top view of the described pallet. The described pallet contains a flat bottom part I having a contour formed by opposite rectilinear and curvilinear sides, and dimensions corresponding to the overall dimensions of the dryer, as well as lateral rectilinear walls 2 and curved walls 3 (mutually convex walls of large radius) located on the respective sides of the bottom part the pallet, and supporting elements 4, of the same height for horizontal placement of the pallet, located along the contour of the bottom of the pallet and on the central bottom. The use of the pallet is as follows. The pallet supporting elements 4 are installed on the table (support). A dryer is placed on the bottom of the pallet 4 (not shown in the drawing). After washing the dishes, the latter is placed on the dryer. Water flowing to the bottom of the first pan I accumulates in a cavity bounded by the side walls 2 and 3. The curved shape of the side walls 3 prevents water from the dryer and utensils from reaching the table surface (supports). After accumulating water, the dryer is removed and the water is poured out of the pan.
