Abstract

MULTI-SEATED CAR PARKING has at least one vertical module, which includes a supporting frame with a central opening, at least two tiers of parking boxes, which are symmetrically located on each side of the central opening on each tier, a lift located in the central opening, having a platform and its drive vertical movement, roller tables, which are installed in pairs on the platform of the lift and in each parking box and in each pair are equipped with a reversible synchronous rotation drive roller in oriented parallel to the plane of symmetry of the central opening and a guide for entry of vehicles on the lift platform and exiting it. In such a parking, the rollers, when the drive of the corresponding pair of live rolls are off, reliably fix the wheels of the car, put on the parking brake, on the platform of the lift or in the parking box. 2 zpf; 2 ill. Description

The utility model relates to the design of mechanized multi-seat parking for cars (including those with cargo compartments), pickups and vans.

State of the art

It is well known that due to mass motorization, parking of cars has become a serious problem even in relatively small cities.

To solve it, multi-seat parking is used, which can be placed both above the ground (mainly on the outskirts of large cities in the areas where the main highways intersect with the city line) and underground (usually in central areas with dense historical buildings).

For example, from EP 0547552 A1, a multi-seat underground parking is known in the form of parallel tunnels with single compartments and a transport corridor, which is equipped with a lift and movable supports for supplying cars to the compartments and their withdrawal from the compartments. The tunnels are usually located on both sides of the corridor, preferably in several tiers.

Such parkings have a high specific capacity, because the total working area on any tier is larger than the area occupied by ground entrances / exits from them.

However, the construction of tunnels is difficult and expensive. Not only that, the longer the tunnels and the more tiers of tunnels you need to build in areas of dense urban development, the higher the construction and operational risks and lower maintenance performance.

Also known are "point" multi-tier parking lots, which have a common central zone for receiving and issuing cars for all tiers and can be built in ground, underground and combined versions.

For example, parking is known from RU 48560 U (referred to in the original as “Multi-tier storage”), which has:

(1) at least one elevated tier with openings for receiving and issuing vehicles and a control post;

(2) a pit mine;

(3) at least a two-tier axisymmetric frame, which on each tier has opposed storage blocks, divided into single compartments;

(4) a lift that is located in the middle of the frame and includes:

axisymmetric support platforms, platforms, the number of which is equal to the number of tiers, the distance between which is equal in height to the gap between the tiers and each of which is equipped with rails for receiving and dispensing cars on the corresponding tier, and the drive for raising and lowering the support platforms located in the shaft.

The construction of such a parking lot, even in the underground version, does not require tunneling, and the finished parking lot is convenient to operate, because when loading / unloading storage compartment compartments, you do not need to change the orientation of the cars in a horizontal plane.

However, it is obvious that the lift of such a parking has excessive material consumption and, accordingly, is disadvantageous in operation due to the unnecessary energy costs of moving

the entire set of massive support platforms.

Therefore, multi-tiered multi-seater parking is preferred, in which the lift has only one platform for handling parked cars. So, from UA 8126 U a multi-seat car parking is known, which is the closest in technical essence to the parking offered below. It has at least one vertical module, including:

supporting frame with a central opening (which in the original is called "mine"),

at least two tiers of parking boxes, which in each tier are symmetrically located on opposite sides of the central opening,

a hoist located in the central opening having a platform and a drive for its vertical movement,

horizontal guides and gear racks fixed in each box and on the platform of the elevator,

inventory trolleys, the number of which is equal to the number of parking boxes and each of which has rollers resting in the working position on the specified horizontal guides, and an autonomous reversible drive with a driving gear, coupled to the corresponding gear rack, and

additional means of preventing skewing of the platform and fixing cars on trolleys as such and, together with trolleys, on the platform or in the boxes.

The modular design further simplifies the construction of parking, and the use of a single lift reduces energy costs for raising / lowering cars.

However, the use of trolleys with autonomous drives as intermediate supports for parking cars complicates the design and maintenance of parking. Indeed, only double fixation provides sufficient reliability of car retention during transportation on the platform of the lift and in parking boxes. Utility Model Essence

The utility model is based on the task of creating a multi-seat car parking suitable for simple and reliable fixation of vehicles by changing the shape of the supports for parking cars on a lift and in parking boxes.

This problem is solved in that, according to the inventive concept, multi-seat car parking has at least one vertical module, which includes:

supporting frame with a central opening,

at least two tiers of parking boxes, which in each tier are symmetrically located on opposite sides of the central opening,

a hoist located in the central opening having a platform and a drive for its vertical movement,

live rolls that are installed in pairs on the platform of the lift and in each parking box and in each pair are equipped with a reversible drive for synchronous rotation of the rollers oriented parallel to the plane of symmetry of the central opening, and

guides for cars to enter and exit the platform.

In such a parking, the rollers, when the drive of the corresponding pair of live rolls are off, reliably fix the wheels of the car, put on the parking brake, on the platform of the lift or in the parking box.

The first additional difference is that the parking has at least two end-to-end modules and is equipped with a reciprocating drive of the lift along the central opening. Such multi-module parking is advisable to build on the outskirts of large cities.

The second additional difference is that under each pair of roller tables there is a pallet for collecting and subsequently removing contaminants brought to the platform or into parking boxes on wheels of parked cars.

Brief Description of the Drawings

Further, the essence of the utility model is illustrated by a detailed description of its design and operation with reference to the drawings, which depict on:

The best embodiment of an inventive concept

The proposed multi-seat car parking has at least one multi-tiered multi-seat vertical parking module, and preferably two or more of these modules, which are shown in figures 1 and 2. Each individual module has:

the supporting frame 1 is preferably in the form of a spatial all-metal frame, in which there is a through central opening 2, and at least two tiers of parking boxes 3, which are symmetrically located on each side on each side of the opening 2,

a hoist located in the central opening having a platform 4 and a drive 5 (e.g., a winch) for its vertical movement, and

live rolls 6, which are installed in pairs on the platform 4 and in each box 3 and in each pair are equipped with a reversible drive 7 for synchronous rotation of not specifically designated rollers oriented parallel to the plane of symmetry of the central opening 2.

For vehicles to enter and exit the platform 4 of the lift, guides are provided in the form of an inclined ramp 8 and preferably a solid flooring 9 (see FIG. 2) between the live rolls 6. On the first tier there is usually a specially designated entrance opening (which according to FIG. 2 located in front of the ramp 8).

If the parking has at least two vertical modules located end-to-end, then it is provided with a lift reciprocating drive not shown here along the central opening 2. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that such a drive usually has horizontal rails mounted on the support frame 1, preferably above the central opening 2 , and the carriage installed on them, to which the platform 4 is suspended.

At the entrance to the parking lot, it is advisable to have a specially not shown area for cleaning car wheels from dirt. However, even if there is such a platform, it is advisable to install a pallet 10 under each pair of roller conveyors to collect and subsequently remove impurities brought to the platform 4 or to the parking boxes 3 on the wheels of the parked cars 11.

Naturally, the described examples of the implementation of the inventive concept, which is set forth in the utility model formula, include only the basic information necessary for the construction and operation of multi-seat car parks, and that this plan can be supplemented and / or refined on the basis of ordinary engineering knowledge. For example:

the parking can be equipped with an automated control system based on publicly available optical and / or magnetic means for monitoring client cards, storage load sensors, platform 4 sensors for height and distance from the entrance, automatic switches for drives 7, etc.) and a suitable computer ;

the entry door on the lower tier can be equipped with an automatic barrier and means of blocking it in case of any attempt to unauthorized access to the parking;

the supporting frame 1 can be covered with a roof 12;

at least part of the parking height can be installed external fencing (for example, from double-glazed windows or corrugated board, etc.);

at least some roller tables 6 can be covered by closed flexible tapes or chain chains, the use of which will increase the distance between the rollers (and reduce their number), etc.

The described parking works as follows.

In the initial position, the platform 4 of the elevator is in the lower position immediately in front of the entrance opening.

When parking, the driver, who is the owner, tenant or subscriber of the parking box 3, presents a document with a record of permit and control information. The parking operator or automatic controller checks the right of admission to the parking lot. Then the driver feeds the car on its own through the ramp 8 and the flooring 9 to the platform 4 so that the front and rear wheels are between the rollers of the roller tables 6, turns off the engine and puts the car on the hand brake.

To load boxes 3 located on a tier located at the level of the entrance opening in the simplest single-module parking 9 (see Fig. 2), synchronously turn on the drives 7 of the rolling tables on platform 4 and in one (“right” or “left”) box 3 and serve another car 11 in the selected box 3. Then, the actuators 7 are turned off. In this case, the wheels of the parked car are fixed between adjacent rollers of the “front” and “rear” roller tables 6.

To load other boxes 3, the platform 4 with each next car 11 is moved vertically with the help of drive 5 to the level of the desired tier, and then the car is moved to the selected box 3, as described above.

In a parking lot having several modules, the lift together with the car is moved along the central opening 2 to the desired module, and then proceed as described above.

The issuance of cars 11 occurs in the reverse order.

Industrial applicability

The proposed parking can be built on the basis of parts and assemblies available on the market in ground, underground and combined versions, and its ground part can be designed as a small architectural form in accordance with the existing development.

A multi-seat car parking having at least one vertical module, which includes: a support frame with a central opening, at least two tiers of parking boxes, which in each tier are symmetrically located on different sides of the central opening, a lift located in the central opening, having the platform and the drive of its vertical movement, roller tables, which are installed in pairs on the platform of the lift and in each parking box and in each pair are equipped with a reversible synchronous rotation drive p oaks oriented parallel to the symmetry plane of the central aperture, and guides for cars to enter the platform of the elevator and exit from it. 2. Multiple car parking according to claim 1, which has at least two butt-mounted modules and is equipped with a reciprocating drive of the lift along the central opening. 3.
