Description
The utility model relates to devices for centralized and individual heating systems and can be used as a heating device for domestic and industrial premises.
16.12.98).Known heating wall convector, consisting of a casing with an air valve, mounts and a heating element made of pipes and plates (see certificate for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 8789 IPC 8 F28F 1/10, publ. 16.12.98).
The disadvantage of this convector is the low linear density of the heat flux and the difficulty in mounting the device.
16.03.99).Closest to the claimed technical solution is a convection-type heater, including a casing with a grill for the outlet of heated air, brackets mounted on a heating element made of pipes and plates (see certificate for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 9508 MPK 8 F24D 19/00, 19/06 publ. 16.03.99).
The disadvantage of the prototype is the low density of convective flow, which reduces the thermal characteristics of the device.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the thermal characteristics of the device and reduce the complexity during installation.
1:0,6÷0,8.The solution to the technical problem is achieved by the fact that the known wall convector, consisting of a heating element made in the form of two electric-welded pipes with plates mounted on them, brackets and a casing with grilles in the upper and lower parts for air circulation, according to a utility model, electric-welded pipes are located in the vertical plane, and the brackets are rigidly fixed to the electric welded pipes, while the ratio of the height of the casing to the height of the heating element is 1: 0.6 ÷ 0.8.
This design will increase the thermal characteristics of the device and reduce the complexity of installation work.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings, where in Fig. 1 a general view of a wall convector is shown, in Fig. 2 is a side view, in Fig. 3 is a top view.
1:0,6÷0,8.The wall convector consists of a heating element made in the form of two electric-welded pipes 1 located in a vertical plane, with plates 2 mounted on them, brackets 3, rigidly fixed to the electric-welded pipes 1 and a casing 4 with grilles 5 in the upper and lower parts for air circulation . The ratio of the height of the casing 4 to the height of the heating element is 1: 0.6 ÷ 0.8.
The wall convector works as follows.
The convector is installed on the wall of the room using brackets 3. A heat carrier with a temperature of up to 150 ° C is fed into the electric-welded pipes 1 of the heating element. Due to heat exchange processes, the plates 2 and the air inside the casing 4 are heated, and, passing through the grill 5 in the upper part of the casing 4, the convective flow heats the surrounding air. By increasing the surface of the heating element with respect to the casing 4, the thermal power of the device increases. By increasing the surface of the heating element more than 0.8 and decreasing less than 0.6, the convective heat flux density decreases, which reduces the thermal characteristics of the device. The installation of brackets 3 on electric-welded pipes 1 allows to simplify the process of installing the convector on the walls of the room.
Using the proposed wall convector will allow, in comparison with the prototype, to increase the thermal characteristics of the device and reduce the complexity of installation work.
