Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of advertising, namely to advertising devices placed at the floor level and on other pedestrian surfaces, and can be used both to advertise goods, and to transmit information about various services and to inform people in public places e.g. shopping malls, buildings. The advertising device includes at least one advertising and information module located on pedestrian surfaces, preferably on the floor of buildings, which is connected to the loading and control unit. The advertising and information module contains a housing that is closed on top with a transparent plate, for example bulletproof glass. An industrial computer, an uninterruptible power supply, an expandable network switch, an information display device with a cooling and ventilation system, an information display device are installed in the advertising-information module module, and the indicated expandable network switch is connected to the loading and control unit. The information display means is made in the form of a liquid crystal monitor or LED screen, or plasma screen. The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the placement of information, such as advertising, its information content, the speed of distribution and updating, as well as improving the convenience of service.

Description

The utility model relates to the field of advertising, namely to advertising devices placed at the floor level and on other pedestrian surfaces, and can be used both to advertise goods, and to transmit information about various services and to inform people in public places e.g. shopping malls, buildings.

Known advertising devices placed at the floor level (patents for utility models No. 53803, op. 27.05.2006, No. 45043, op. 10.04.2005, patent for the invention No. 2217812, op. 27.11.2003) containing a casing closed on top of a transparent the plate under which the advertising image is placed.

The disadvantages of these devices are lack of information and inconvenience of service.

The closest analogue adopted for the prototype is an advertising image medium placed on the surface of the earth, for example, the carriageway or its pedestrian part, containing a box-like structure closed on top with a transparent plate (utility model, patent No. 30453, op. June 27, 2003).

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the low information content of ads and the efficiency of updates, inconvenience of service.

The task to which this technical solution is directed is to increase the effectiveness of advertising, its information content, the speed of distribution and updating, as well as ease of maintenance.

To solve this problem, an advertising device, including an advertising and information module, comprising a case, closed on top with a transparent plate, under which the tool is placed

The advertising device includes at least one advertising and information module 1, placed at the level of pedestrian surfaces, for example, at the floor level of shopping centers, which is connected to the central loading and control unit 2. The advertising and information module 1 contains a housing 3 closed on top of a transparent plate 4, for example bulletproof glass.

In the housing of the advertising and information module 1, an industrial computer 5 (forms of the Nano-ITX factor) is installed, connected via

uninterruptible power supply 6 with Smart-UPS function (1U dimension), with network switch 7 of expandable capacity 1000 BaseT, means 8 for displaying information, ventilation and cooling system 9 means for displaying information. The expandable network switch 7 is connected to the expandable network switch 11 of the download and control unit 2. The number of ports of the network switch 11 (router) is selected depending on the number of advertising and information modules 1. The speed of data transfer from the central unit 2 of loading and management to advertising and information modules 1 depends on the type of connecting cable and the selected interface.

It is possible to use various types of connecting cables, such as copper twisted pair cable (up to 80 m in length between advertising and information modules), and optical cable (up to 20 km).

The advertising device may be equipped with a sound source (not shown in the drawings).

The device operates as follows.

The advertising device operates in automatic mode using the program installed on server 12. The central unit 2 for loading and managing (CBS) is maintained by a system administrator-programmer. Each advertising information module 1 has its own IP address. Information, including advertising, pre-recorded on media, such as removable hard drives, through the central unit 2 of the download and control (CBS) is supplied to each IP address of the industrial computer 5 of the advertising and information module 1. Information can be either the same or individual content for each advertising and information module.

Information on the Central block 2 download and control (TsBZU) can also be downloaded through the client device 14 to connect to the Internet.

The equipment of the advertising and information module works automatically using a program installed on the server 12 of the central unit 2 for loading and managing.

The advantages of the claimed utility model are as follows:

3. The absence of probable failures during the playback of the script due to breaks in communication channels, as all video data is pre-loaded on the advertising and information module and displayed according to the script loaded on it.

4. Free topology for placing an advertising and information module. The presence of expandable capacity in the advertising and information module of the network switch allows creating a network of advertising and information modules around the star topology around each advertising and information module.

5. High fault tolerance of systems, due to the use of uninterruptible power supplies, which make it possible to safely shut down the operation of modules upon power failure.

6. The ability to remotely administer and manage an advertising device through the Internet over a secure connection.

7. It is more convenient to operate, as the change of advertising occurs with the participation of only one person at the computer.
