MOBILE BAR KITCHEN

The proposal relates to mobile vehicles providing fast food, and above all to mobile sheepskins.

The international seminar dedicated to farewell in Moscow on September 29, 1996 was devoted to the problem of organizing fast food in Russia. Numerous exhibits presented at the Agroprodmash96 exhibition, as well as the current fast-food infrastructure, do not fully meet its objectives. Even more limited are the possibilities of vehicles, which are reported in the newspaper Centerplus 41 for 1997.

From the patent N 2193352, issued in the USA, a trailer with a body transformable upwards is known, which provides a noticeable increase in living space in a limited parking area. The transformation of the body is also provided for in a biaxial trailer according to the patent N2551207 issued in the USA, which makes it very widespread. In turn, a sharp reduction in size is provided for in a camping trailer according to the patent N 2862758, issued in the USA, which is equipped with cooking equipment, but the dimensions are so small that the hostess is outside the trailer. In biaxial trailers under US patents N2941836 and N2965413, respectively, a bathroom and a toilet are provided, but each of the trailers is intended for housing. In the inhabited trailer according to the patent N 3351373, issued in the USA, due to the small size, the folding table can be transformed into a small bathroom.

In the description of European patents N 9945 and N 10730, there are general premises with two terraces. In the first case, these are premises for selling refreshing drinks, and in the second, hot food, while the trailer is equipped with a dishwasher and sinks. The terrace of the vehicle according to European patent N 132898, which is obtained by lowering at least one of its side walls, is also very wide. The community of the terrace caused a sharp restriction in the size of the room for maintenance staff, completely fenced off by the counter from visitors. In this case, a flexible canopy is provided, limiting the inflatable room, the pressure of which is supported by special equipment in the area of which the toilet is located. Even more convenience is provided in the car cafeteria, on the load-carrying platform of which there are racks with different types of kitchen utensils, behind it under the roof there is a space for cooking, and outside there are hinged counters and kitchen tables (see, for example, Japanese application N1-195151) . The sanitary unit in the vehicle is also expanded according to European application N637523, but it is also intended for spectators and artists.

In the USSR, copyright certificates N 1350062, N 1532367 and N 1801815 were issued to automobile stores, the functionality of which is already small in accordance with the purpose. On a mobile food store in the Russian Federation issued certificate N 5151 for a utility model.

In Russia, patent N2030310 was issued for a trailer for preparing and distributing food, one of the distinguishing features of which is the presence of a retractable tent, which will allow to hide to some extent from the weather, but does not at all provide comfortable conditions for visitors. But essentially, the vehicle for preparing and delivering pizza according to U.S. Patent No. 4,919,477 is just as uncomfortable.

In Russia, patent No. 2093383 was issued for a vehicle with a cafeteria and a bakery, which provides for the transformation of both the side wall of the body with opening upwards and the counter moving beyond the plane of this wall. A variety of equipment is located along the other side wall, which excludes the placement of visitors inside the most comfortable zone-body.

A mobile cafeteria-kitchen is known, which contains a kitchen and a food distribution room (see, for example, Patent No. 4601509, issued in the USA under clauses 296-22). The fixed structure is an elongated enclosed space with corridors separated by a passage from each other for visitors to enter and exit. Essentially, the mobile cafeteria-kitchen is a self-service dining room that provides hot food to numerous consumers. However, visitors are forced to take food outside it, despite its relatively large size, and in addition, they do not even use a sink for washing hands. The functioning of this cafeteria in the social sphere excludes communication with service personnel located on the other side of the counter, which in no way acts as a bar counter. The wings of this counter are adjacent to the three walls of the body, drastically narrowing the service area and completely separating the seller from the recipient.

The task is to increase comfort, reduce the cost of manufacturing and operating a kitchen bar while reducing its size in transported condition.

Improving the comfort of a mobile bar-kitchen, reducing the cost of its creation and operation while reducing the size in transported condition is ensured by the implementation of its main premises and equipment on a functional and modular principle, their rational layout and placement.

To do this, a mobile bar-kitchen, which contains a kitchen and a room for distributing food, is equipped with a bar, seats and a dry closet.

The solution to the problem of improving comfort, reducing the cost of creating and operating while reducing the size of the bar-kitchen in the transported condition is facilitated by the placement of a dry closet in the corner of the kitchen, separated by a partition from the food distribution room, which is designed as a hall, since the intimacy of the client's location in the toilet is balanced by its rather extensive location either at the counter or in the hall.

The solution to the mentioned problem is also facilitated by the fastening on the inner walls of the case of the counters for placing the dishes served to the visitor, and on the external wall-mounted toilet, which allows him to choose the form of service he wants. This is especially effective when placing seats along the wall of the housing.

Improving comfort, reducing the cost of building and operating while reducing the size of the transported condition is facilitated by the construction of the building transformable with the formation of additional seats, since it allows you to get a fairly large room in a very limited size without increasing the cost of equipping the clients ’leisure facilities, and also solve the problem of its effective operation , since there is no need to daily move the contents remaining inside the kitchen bar to the warehouse.

Enhancing the comfort and functionality of the bar-kitchen is equipped with its premises under the store.

In the cabin 3, which is a hall, counters 10, acting as a table, are fixed to the walls of the housing 1. The efficient use of the table contributes to the placement of places 7 along the walls of the housing 1.

The housing 1 is made with the possibility of transformation (Fig.Z), which provides the formation of additional seats 11. Places 11 are placed near the table 12. The appearance of the bar is shown in FIG. The bar has 35 locks, which provide both its safe transportation and the reliable preservation of its contents after the end of the customer service.

Additional equipment (a set of tables and chairs with protective umbrellas or a common tent, or a ready-made room assembled from transparent elements) with the required number of seats, the mobile restaurant is equipped with, depending on the location and operating conditions.

Upon delivery of the bar to the place of service, the locks 35 are opened, which effectively protect the compartments of the bar from penetration, unfold the walls 13 and raise the transparent visor 36 (Fig. 12). Transportation of the bar can be carried out on the trailer 39 (Fig. 13). In this case, the compartment for the bar is located on the left side of the body and is separated by a solid partition 24 with a window 25 from the kitchen 23.

When installing the bar on a biaxial trailer 40 (Fig. 14), its casing is transformed by turning the visor 41 and lifting the canopy 42. The guard 43 serves for the convenience of customers when entering and leaving it.

On the drawbar 44 (Fig. 15) of the trailer 40, a ladder 45 is fixed. The ladder 45 provides visitors with access to the roof 46. The railing 47 and 48, respectively, the stairs 45 and the roof 46 are interconnected.

The module (Fig. 18) is removable. If the mobile bar transformation of the housing 1 is carried out on both sides of the trailer 40, then in the bar shop designed as a box body, the walls 13, i.e. the side 53 of the body 54, which is the podium, are tilted.

The mobile bar-kitchen works like this.

After delivery to the place, the staff prepares food in the kitchen 2, depending on the intended function: restaurant, cafe, pizzeria, beer bar and or bistro. The power supply of the cabin 3 and the installed equipment is provided in the parking lot from an external source of electricity, or a portable source, and in motion from a car generator. The operations of preparing hot and cold dishes, as well as washing dishes, are carried out from autonomous water supply. When the mobile bar-kitchen functions as a mini-restaurant, the visitor will receive a wide assortment of hot and cold dishes: grilled chicken, various pizzas, various kinds of pastas, sandwiches, cocktails, drinks and desserts.
