Устройство относится к рыболовству, а именно, к рыболовным снастям для лова на мормышку и другие приманки. Устройство включает корпус (1) с источником питания (2) и кнопкой (3), электродвигатель (4), к которому непосредственно прикреплена и подсоединена катушка (5), служащая для размещения лесы (6), закрепленной на внешней кромке катушки (5) с возможностью совершения вращательно-колебательных движений, удилище (7), на конце которого установлен сторожок (9). Леса (6) продернута через пропускное кольцо (8), на конце лесы (6) прикреплена приманка (10).
