Abstract

The mechanism for loading containers is extremely simple - the rear sliding cover with an “eye” for the lock can easily be lowered and lifted - accordingly, when we need to place printing products in the container, we remove the lock and lift this cover. After the printed product is located in the container, the back cover is lowered and locked again. When the client needs to remove this product from the container, he will be able to do it with one movement of his hand, namely, he will simply have to remove the handout through the hole in the bottom panel of the container with the groove for the rear retractable lid.

The bracket with the containers for the dispensing material is a structure that is made in accordance with the dimensions of the ATM made of galvanized iron and bends in two places, forming a "U" -shaped shape. Holes are made in the bracket for securing containers with a handout.

Next, containers for the handout are made directly. They consist of the sidewall of the container with holes for attaching to the bracket and a groove for the rear retractable cover, the sides of the container with a groove for the rear retractable roof, the front panel of the container, the upper panel of the container with an “eye” for the lock, the lower panel of the container with a groove for the rear sliding cover , a back sliding cover with an "ear" for the lock.

ATM is the image-building platform of the bank, its “face” and the bank are interested in using its surface as additional advertising fields and for the distribution of printing advertising materials.

Alternative methods of fastening to the ATM case are impossible and unacceptable, since:

1. The cost of one ATM is 40-60 thousand cu, it cannot be drilled, as this will entail withdrawal from warranty service by the manufacturer (Diebold, NCR, etc.)

2. The gluing of pockets to the case will entail a deterioration in appearance, does not allow to place a sufficient amount of advertising materials and, as a rule, is not anti-vandal (as practice shows, everything

what sticks to the ATM, breaks off by users during the first three weeks of operation).

Our simple design allows you to place 4 (!) Different types of advertising booklets in 1/3 format from A4 (99 mm × 210 mm) in the ergonomically convenient sector of an ATM, avoiding any impact on its body.

The design of the bracket takes into account the presence of ventilation openings in the ATM case and was created taking into account all the features of self-service banking terminals, which is highly appreciated by both ATM manufacturers and the banks that operate them.

The following essential features are inherent in this bracket with handout containers:

1. Ergonomics - location in an easily accessible area, ease of use.

2. Capacity.

3. Easy to operate, lack of complex and expensive materials.

4. Full compliance with the functionality of the ATM, no need for damaging fixtures.

5. The absolute absence of analogues in the market of banking design solutions.

The bracket is made of galvanized iron. Its dimensions before bending are in the initial state 2800 mm × 200 mm for the Opteva 720 ATM model and 2,480 mm × 200 mm for the Opteva 520 model. Next, the bracket is rolled with Oracal film. After the staples are bent in two places. After bending, a “P” shaped bracket is obtained. Its dimensions are 1000 mm × 800 mm × 1000 mm for the Opteva 720 ATM model and 1000 mm × 480 mm × 1000 mm for the Opteva 520 model. Then, containers for the handout are made. They are optimally produced from acrylic glass with a thickness of 4 mm. The size of the sidewall of the container with holes for attaching to the bracket and a groove for the rear sliding cover is

225 mm × 400 mm. Similarly, the dimensions of the sidewall of the container with a groove for the rear retractable cover are 225 mm × 400 mm. The size of the front panel of the container is 112 mm × 390 mm; the top panel of the container with the “eye” for the lock has a size of 112 mm × 215 mm. The size of the bottom panel of the container with a groove for the rear sliding cover is 112 mm × 225 mm. The size of the rear retractable cover with an “eye” for the lock is 115 mm × 398 mm. The size of the grooves is 4 mm thick and 2 mm deep. The manufactured containers are attached to the bracket, after which they are installed on the ATM and the containers are filled with handouts.

The holes for attaching to the bracket are made on the container from the side on which it will be attached to the bracket and subsequently attached to the ATM. Accordingly, the sidewall of the container with holes for attaching to the bracket and a groove for the rear retractable cover will be located either on the left of the container or on the right.

The sides of the container are interconnected with glue.

Two sides of the container and the bottom panel of the container are manufactured with grooves. The grooves are designed so that the rear sliding cover can be easily lifted. Previously provided for the removal of the lock from the "ears", which are located on the rear panel of the container in the upper part and on the upper panel of the container at one of its edges. With the help of the grooves, the rear sliding cover freely moves up and down relative to the container, however this does not affect the bracket as a whole. To remove the dispensing material, a hole is made on the bottom panel of the container with a groove for the rear retractable cover on the side on which the groove for the rear retractable cover is not located. The diameter of this hole is 60 mm in diameter and 30 mm in radius. This hole is intended for easy removal of advertising material previously placed in the container, that is, through this hole advertising printing products reach the client when he makes a little effort and removes the products from the container.

5. Implementation of a utility model.

A bracket with dispenser containers is designed to be connected to an ATM. She "puts" on him from above, thereby not violating the integrity of the machine itself. Containers for a distributing material are symmetrically attached to the bracket on the sides. They contribute to the distribution of promotional printing products. These containers are filled as necessary with printed products in 1/3 of A4 format. The mechanism for extracting the handout is extremely simple - the client simply pulls the product out of the container using the hole for the extraction of printing products.

This development is intended for the sale of printing products directly using an ATM. Any client who wants to get acquainted with the bank’s advertising information will not need to look for its distribution location and additional sources, he will be able to do all this directly at the terminal location. Thus, this design contributes to the distribution of printed advertising products in the most convenient way for both the bank-owner of the ATM and the client.
