This utility model relates to a paper dispenser for sanitary paper in rolls, such as paper towel rolls having a spindle for securing the roll on both ends of the roll. The spindle for securing the roll is usually a bowl-shaped part that should be inserted at both ends of the core of the roll, slightly protruding from the end of the core. In the middle of the bowl there is usually a pin protruding outward from the bowl. During operation, the roll is supported by these pins in the winding position, resting on a suitable holder. For rolls of this type, dispensers are also known, onto which a plurality of rolls can be loaded at the same time, which must be lowered by gravity when the roll, in working condition, is empty. To improve the convenience of handling dispensers according to the present invention, there is provided a friction brake design that interacts with a spindle for securing a roll, with the help of which it is possible to provide the resistance of the roll in the working position to rotation during operation in accordance with the size and type of each roll.

A substantially vertical slit or groove 2 is provided on both side walls 1 of the casing to guide the roll into the working position and forming at its end a holder for the roll in the working position.

The rolls to be loaded into the dispenser preferably have a spindle 3 at both ends for securing the rolls, the basic structure of which is well known in the art. The main part of the spindle for attaching the rolls is a cup-shaped supporting structure, in the middle of which there is a support pin. The supporting structure is intended to be inserted at the end of the roll, mainly inside the core of the roll, so that it is set at its edge essentially at the level of the end of the core of the roll. A pin protruding from the middle of the bottom of the supporting structure extends outward from the opening of the supporting part. This protruding part of the pin is installed in the groove 2 of the dispenser.

A lever element 4 is attached to the side wall of the dispenser, said lever element having a protrusion 5 inclined downward. The lever element 4 is placed next to the groove 2, so that the protrusion 5 is located near the lower end of the groove. The protrusion 5 of the lever element is designed in such a way as to go inside the spindle for mounting the roll 3 of the roll, which comes into working position. The lever 4 is spring-loaded to the extent necessary to press the protrusion 5 against the spindle for securing the roll. An annular surface is placed on the inner surface of the bowl of the spindle supporting structure for securing the roll, and the protrusion 5 of the lever 4 is mounted against the annular surface. Based on the solution according to the present utility model, an arrangement can be provided in which the roll in the operating position has suitable rotation braking based on the frictional contact between the protrusion of the lever 4 and the spindle for securing the rolls 3. A dispenser for paper products in rolls, the dispenser comprising a casing (1) having two opposite side walls with holders (2) for rolls of paper products, said holders cooperating with spindles (3) for securing the rolls attached to the ends paper rolls and provided with a support pin protruding centrally from the inner surface of the spindle, characterized in that at least one end of the paper roll has a spindle (3) for securing the roll, provided with a ring surface, while the casing is equipped with a lever element (4) located in frictional contact with the specified annular surface of the corresponding spindle (3) for securing the roll in the working position of the roll. 2. A dispensing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the holders (2) are essentially made in the form of vertical guides intended for a plurality of paper rolls placed on top of each other. 3.
