CLAMP FASTENERS

The utility model relates to clamping elements and is intended for fixing cords or cables in coils, as well as for fixing them on various surfaces.

The closest technical solution to the proposed are the clamping elements RIP-TIE of the American company The Rip-Tie Company (see the company's brochure attached on S sheets). The RIP-TIE clamping element is a base in the form of a contact tape, equipped at one end with an expanded tongue with a slot (Fig. 1 - analogue). The tape is wound on or a bundle of cables and fixed on it by passing the rounded end of the tape through the slot of the tongue.

In FIG. 2 shows a variant of the RIP-TIE tape, which is taken as a prototype for the proposed solution. The crimp-mount is a base in the form of a contact tape, one end of which is equipped with a tab in the form of a loop of fabric for the convenience of the hand when working with contact tape. Contact tape can be made of any material such as Velcro.

The objective of the proposed solution is to expand the capabilities of crimp-fastening and increase the convenience of using it.

To solve the problem, crimp-fastening, containing a base in the form of a contact tape, on one end of which a yag-yuk in the form of a fabric loop is rigidly fixed, is complemented. It is equipped with a frame, one side of which passes through the loop of the tongue.

The latch on the second end of the base can be made removable.

The introduction to the tongue of the frame, as well as the introduction of a removable retainer to the other end of the base, allows not only to fix the cables and wires in bundles and coils, but also to reliably hang and fix them on various surfaces.

The crimp-mount contains the base 1 in the form of a contact tape (Fig. 3-6). As a contact tape, material such as Velcro can be used, in particular, material based on miniature hooks. Standard tape size 210x25 mm. The length of the product can be changed depending on the diameter of the fixed object.

At one end of the base 1, a tongue 2 is rigidly fixed (Fig. 3-5) in the form of a loop of ordinary fabric. The tongue creates convenience when working with the basis of contact rough tape. Through the tongue 2 a metal frame 3 of a rectangular shape is inserted, which moves freely relative to the tongue.

At the other end of the base from the inner (smooth) side, the latch 4 from the same contact tape is rigidly fixed (Fig. 3.4). Standard

clamp size 35xS5 mm.

A possible embodiment of the detachable retainer 5 (figure 5), in which the side in contact with the base 1 is made of adhesive.

On the tongue 2 there is an image of the trademark 6 of the developer.

The proposed crimp mount is used as follows.

A bundle of cables or cords is wrapped with a base tape in one (Fig. 6) or several places (Fig. 10). This eliminates the twisting of cables or cords, prevents them from tangling, which facilitates the storage of cables, transportation, and also creates ease of use.

The cables (or cords, wires) so fixed can be additionally fixed using a hard clamp 4.

Prepared skeins and tows can be fixed on various surfaces in various ways. In FIG. 7 shows an option when the harness is mounted on a vertical surface by means of a removable latch 5. In this case, the removable latch 5 is fixed to the wall with the adhesive side, and the tape 1 is pressed against it by the contact base.

In FIG. 8 the prepared bundle of cables is attached to the wall with the aid of frame 3, which is put on a nail (screw, hook) in the wall.

In FIG. Figure 9 shows the option of attaching cable coils with a chain on one nail on the wall. In this case, the tape of the subsequent crimp is passed through the frame of the previous one. This mounting option is used to save space when you need to place several objects in one zone.

Mounting with the frame allows you to create a suspended switching (figure 10) when pulling cables over long distances, which eliminates

sagging cables and their twisting, and creates convenience in the control and maintenance of communication cables.

Thus, the proposed useful model of crimping-fastening allows not only to form coils, bundles and bundles of cables, wires and cords, but also to fix from various surfaces, which ensures the convenience of their placement and maintenance. In addition, the proposed device does not allow twisting of cables, etc., tangling them, which increases the reliability of their work and ease of control.
