Полезная модель относится к легкой промышленности, в частности к швейному производству и позволяет расширить функциональные возможности предмета одежды за счет использования способа трансформации. Технической задачей настоящей полезной модели является повышение удобства в пользовании при трансформации и расширение функциональных возможностей, то есть создание накидки простой в изготовлении, надежной от непогоды, легкой и удобной в пользовании как в условиях загородных поездок так и в городских условиях. Трансформируемая сумка-накидка, состоит из емкости 1 с замком 2 из ленты типа «велкро», с ремнями 3, соединенной разъемной застежкой-молнией 4, с полотном накидки 5 из водонепроницаемого материала с неразъемными застежками - молниями 6, с капюшоном 7 с кулисой 8 и шнуром 9.
