07.12.1993, МПК В32В 5/20; US 5520453, опубл. 0541109.Laminated structures are known comprising an inner layer, an outer layer consisting of a transparent layer and a colored layer located behind it, and a central layer with a foam structure formed in the space between the pre-assembled inner and outer layers (see EP 0541109, publ. 12.05.1993 , IPC E06B 3/70; JP 5133677, publ. 05/28/1993, IPC F25D 23/02; JP 5126461, publ. 05/21/1993 IPC F25D 23/02; JP 5322436, publ. 07.12.1993, IPC В32В 5/20 ; US 5520453, publ. 28.05.1996, IPC ЕВВ 3/70). Of these, the closest analogue of the claimed group of utility models is the European patent EP 0541109.
Known designs are mainly the doors of refrigerator cases.
In all of these structures, the transparent layer is made of glass, which does not provide sufficient strength. In addition, the use of glass as the material of the outer layer makes it difficult to manufacture layered structures with a shape other than flat. Therefore, well-known designs can only be used for the manufacture of doors of domestic refrigeration chambers.
The technical result achieved by using the patented group of utility models is to increase the structural strength, expand the product lineup, ensure the abrasion resistance of the painted layer of the outer surface of the structure.
The above technical result is achieved by using a layered structure containing an inner layer, an outer layer consisting of a transparent layer and a colored layer located behind it, and a central layer with a foam structure formed in the space between the pre-assembled inner and outer layers, according to this utility model , the transparent layer is made of plastic and forms a relief surface.
The specified technical result is also ensured by using a layered structure containing an inner layer, an outer layer including a transparent layer and a colored layer located behind it, a central layer with a foam structure formed in the space between the pre-assembled inner and outer layers, according to this utility model, the outer the layer includes a plastic layer having a relief surface located behind the painted layer.
In a preferred embodiment of a layered structure made according to a second embodiment of a group of utility models, the transparent layer may be made of film.
The layered structure manufactured according to the patented utility model group may be a refrigeration apparatus housing or a part of a refrigeration apparatus housing.
Next, a group of utility models is illustrated with specific examples of implementation and the accompanying drawings, which depict the following.

Figure 2 is a fragment of a layered panel made according to the second embodiment of the utility model.
The layered structure depicted in figure 1, is a panel designed for fastening to the frame of the refrigerated display case. It contains an inner layer (1), an outer layer (2), consisting of a transparent layer (3) and a colored layer (4) located behind it, and a central (5) layer with a foam structure formed in the space between the pre-assembled inner (1) ) and external (2) layers. The painted layer (4) is a paint coating applied to the inner surface of the transparent layer (3) in the form of a specific image. The transparent layer (3) is made of plastic and forms a relief surface, which is a convex elements, the location of which is determined by the specifics of the image.
The central (5) layer with a foam structure is made of polyurethane foam. The inner layer (1) is made of plastic.
In other embodiments, the embossed surface of the transparent layer can be represented by any other combination of convex and concave sections.
(4).The layered structure shown in FIG. 2 comprises an inner layer (1), an outer layer (2) including a transparent layer (3) and a colored layer (4) located behind it, a central layer (5) with a foam structure formed in space between pre-assembled inner (1) and outer (2) layers. The outer layer (2) includes a plastic layer (6) having a relief surface located behind the painted layer (4).
The manufacture of a layered structure made according to the first embodiment of the utility model is as follows.
An outer layer (2) is made, for which a paintwork is applied to one side of a sheet of transparent plastic to form an image. Then carry out vacuum molding on molds with a given relief. In this case, the sheet is laid in the form with the painted surface down. As a result, a relief corresponding to the applied image is formed on a sheet of transparent plastic. Next, the sheet is cut to obtain a layer with a given size.
The inner layer (1) is also made by vacuum molding and then trimmed.
Then carry out the assembly of the layered structure. Inside the laminated structure, technological elements are installed from sheet metal or from wood, intended for fastening the finished laminated structure to the frame of the refrigerated display case.
The outer (2) and inner (1) layers are connected in a vacuum molding device of known design.
Further, polyurethane foam is injected into the cavity between the inner (1) and outer (2) layers through the technological hole, which, as a result of the foaming process, fills the entire space of the cavity, forming a solidification compound with the inner surfaces of the layers.
The manufacture of a layered structure made according to the second embodiment of the utility model is as follows.
For the manufacture of the outer layer (2) use an opaque plastic sheet. One side of the sheet is coated with an image. Vacuum forming is carried out on molds with a given relief. In this case, the sheet is placed in the form with the painted side up. As a result, a relief corresponding to the applied image is formed on the plastic sheet. Next, the painted layer is covered with a transparent layer (3), to create which a film is used. Thus, the outer layer (2), including the layer
(3).plastic (6) having a relief surface located behind the painted layer (4) and a transparent layer (3).
The manufacture of the inner layer (2) and the assembly of the layered structure in this case are carried out similarly as described above for the first embodiment of the group of utility models.
The central layer may be made of another expandable heat insulating material.
The inner layer can be made both with the application of paintwork, so without it. Moreover, it can have a different geometric shape.
When forming in the space between the pre-assembled inner and outer layers of the central layer with a foam structure, the foamable material comes into contact with the inner surfaces of the layers and hardens. Due to the high adhesion of such materials to the materials of the outer and inner layers, a strong connection of the layers into a single structure is ensured.
Increasing the strength of the structure compared to the prototype is provided by performing a transparent layer of plastic.
In another embodiment of the utility model, the transparent layer is made of plastic film. In this case, the imparting of strength is ensured by the inclusion in the composition of the outer layer of a layer of plastic located behind the painted layer.
An additional imparting strength to the outer layer in both embodiments is achieved by performing it with a raised surface. The bends of the relief surface of the plastic in this case play the role of stiffeners, which, as you know, serve to give strength during bending.
Due to the fact that plastic is easier than glass to be molded to form surfaces of various geometric shapes, layered structures made according to the patented group of utility models can be used for the manufacture of various parts of the cases of refrigeration units, as well as the entire case. Moreover, such cases can have a different spatial configuration. Thus, the use of an outer layer of plastic as part of a layered structure allows you to expand the product range.
The abrasion resistance of the painted layer of the external surface of the structure is ensured by performing the painted layer behind the transparent layer, which protects it from mechanical influences.
