Пластырь может содержать дополнительно слой материала в виде полоски, прямоугольника, овала или любой другой формы. Пластырь дополнительно включает пластификатор, например, облепиховое масло, масляный раствор витамина А, Д, Е, оливковое масло. Также пластырь может дополнительно включать в состав лейкомассы лекарственные средства, фурацилин, синтамицин, коллагеновые комплексы, полисахаридные соединения, например, альгинат натрия, хитозан и т.п. Пластырь может содержать биологически активные стимулирующие грануляцию раневой поверхности вещества, например, кремней содержащие органические соединения. Наложение пластыря на раневую поверхность способствует оптиматизации процесса грануляции поверхности раны, в частности, заживление трофических язв сокращено на 3-5 дней.
