Description
The invention relates to animal husbandry, and in particular to vitamin preparations, which are used for the prophylaxis and treatment of PP gypsum and vitamin deficiencies in animals.
Vitamin PPNicotinic acid and nicotinamide are known. The closest biological prototype is nicotinic acid.
A drawback of nicotinic acid is its tendency to form dust when mixed with premixes and compound feeds and cause irritation of the mucous membranes and skin. The drug has a tendency to caking and is still relatively expensive.
A new low-cost source of vitamin PP is proposed, which is used as an additive in animal and poultry feed.
Vitamin PP feed preparation according to I is produced due to changes in the technological scheme for the production of nicotinic acid at the final stage of half-reduction of nicotinic acid nitrile.

Таким образом, как видно из таблицы новый кормовой препарат витамина РР обладает высокой биологической и РР-витаминной активностью и не оказывает отрицательного вли ни на организм.from ammonia to the ammonium salt of nicotinic acid, the aqueous solution of which is fed into the granulator, where, under the influence of hot air, the solution is dried, granules are formed and the ammonium salt of nicotinic acid is thermally decomposed into free acid. This can significantly reduce the cost of the final product (there are no stages of purification, neutralization, filtration, evaporation and crystallization) and almost double its yield. An object of the present invention is to use a new low-cost source of vitamin PP as a dietary supplement with high biological and PP-vitamin efficacy, as well as current animal and poultry feeding technology. The goal is achieved in that, in order to reduce its cost and increase stability during storage, it really contains nicotinic acid amide and ammonium nicotinate in the following ratio of starting components in dry matter: Nicotinic acid 77-S2 Nicotinic acid amide Ammonium nicotinate Moisture M e r 1. Composition: Nicotinic acid. Amide of nicotinic acid Ammonium nicotinate Moisture Example 2 Composition: Nicotinic acid Amide, nicotinic acid Ammonium nicotinate Particle size (granules) of the preparation 1, 0 mm, stability for at least two years from the date of manufacture. The inclusion of the drug in the composition of the usual concentrate-beet ration with a predominance of corn and peas (maize and peas, sunflower meal, beet feed, mineral and vitamin supplements) contributed to normal growth, development of animals and optimal flow, biochemical processes, which proven-experience. . The experimental animals were divided into 2 groups: 1. Control. 2. Experienced. Both groups were in the same conditions of maintenance and received a diet balanced in basic nutrient and mineral substances, except for vitamin PP, the source of which was: in the control group, nicotinic acid of pharmacopeia purity; in the experimental one, a new feed preparation of vitamin PP. The animals received these preparations in the diet daily at the rate of 20-30 mg per 1 kg of dry feed. The average live weight of pigs at the end of the experiment was: in the control group 131.5 kg in the experimental 132.0 kg. The content of vitamin PP in the blood, respectively, was 2.70 and 2, b7 mg%, in the tissue of the longest muscle of the back - 1.87 and 2.20 mg. A number of other biochemical parameters, as well as .. the general clinical condition of the animals of the control and experimental groups during the test period were almost identical. The drug does not cause complications, mixes well with food and is easily dosed and therefore can be recommended as a feed additive as a source of vitamin PP. Growth rate (average daily gain), the level of the most significant biochemical tests in the body of animals (pigs) treated with standardized and fodder preparations of vitamin PP are given in the following: table below; The doses of vitamin PP in all groups were identical and amounted to 50 mg of active ingredient per 1 kg of dry food. Thus, as can be seen from the table, the new feed preparation of vitamin PP has a high biological and PP-vitamin activity and does not adversely affect the body.
