Abstract

The device for the production of wallpaper is designed to mechanize the application of glue on the wallpaper of various materials in the manufacture of finishing work. The device comprises an adhesive reservoir, in which a roller is placed for collecting and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper, interacting with a smooth receiving roller, and an adjustable corrugated rod to limit the adhesive layer, while on the outside of the adhesive reservoir there is a rod for installing a roll of wallpaper and adjusting thrust rods and the roller for collecting and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper is made with a corrugated rubber surface. Description

The utility model relates to the construction industry and is intended for the mechanization of applying glue to the wallpaper of various materials in the manufacture of finishing work.

The prior art device for applying glue to a wallpaper containing two containers, in one of which is a core with a roll of wallpaper, and in the other capacity is glue, a metal roller for applying glue to a wallpaper with a foam sheath, above which there is a pressure roller, a knife for trimming wallpaper and a counter for counting the footage of wallpaper (FR 2743022, 07/04/1997).

Closest to the proposed utility model is a device for applying an adhesive to a material containing a container with glue, in which a perforated cylinder is located, interacting with a pressure metal roller and an adhesive stopper made in the form of a plate (EP 0846499, 10.06.1998).

These devices do not provide sufficient performance, do not allow for the integrated implementation of glue application operations, cutting wallpapers and applying wallpaper to the surface, and are also cumbersome and inconvenient to use, while the adhesive on the wallpaper is not evenly applied.

The problem to which the proposed utility model is directed is to create such a device for the production of wallpaper that would eliminate the above disadvantages.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of this utility model is to increase labor productivity and the quality of applying glue to the wrong surface of the wallpaper, expanding operational capabilities.

The specified technical result is achieved in the device for the production of wallpaper containing a glue tank, in which

there is a roller for collecting and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper, interacting with a smooth receiving roller, and an adjustable corrugated rod to limit the layer of glue, while on the outside of the glue tank there is a rod for installing a roll of wallpaper and adjustment rods are resistant, and a roller for picking and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper is made with a corrugated rubber surface.

A device for producing wallpaper work (figures 1, 2) provides uniform application of glue to the wallpaper, followed by supply to the wall and the glue tank 1 (container containing glue), in which there is a roller 2 for picking and applying a layer of glue to the wallpaper, interacting with smooth receiving roller 3 (pressure roller), and an adjustable corrugated rod 4 to limit the adhesive layer.

On the outside of the glue tank 1 there is a rod 5 for installing a roll of 6 wallpapers and rods 7 adjusting thrust. The glue tank 1 is made of cast aluminum.

Roller 2 (figure 3) for the fence and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper is made of a smooth metal base with corrugated rubber

surface, width and depth of the grooves determine the amount of glue applied to the wallpaper.

The smooth receiving roller 3 is made of metal.

Adjustable corrugated rod 4 to limit the layer of glue is also a metal base with a corrugated surface. The step of the adjustable corrugated rod 4 determines the amount of the required layer on the wallpaper, that is, the adjustable corrugated rod 4 is a limiter of the adhesive layer applied to the wallpaper.

The thrust adjusting rods 7 are used for parallel installation of the device for wallpaper work at a certain distance relative to the wall.

The glue tank 1 serves simultaneously as a glue bath and a cut-off line along the front edge of the body of the glue tank 1.

On the body of the adhesive tank 1, a counter for the length of the stretched wallpaper (centimeter pitch), the horizontal level and a tripod with a crossbar for glued wallpaper (if necessary) are attached.

Wallpaper from roll 6 is stretched between the roller 2 for picking and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper and the smooth receiving roller 3, the front surface of the wallpaper is on top, the surface to be glued on the bottom.

Next, the wallpaper is passed between the roller 3 smooth receiving and the rod 4 to limit the adhesive layer (limiter) and vertically stretched to the desired height of the wall (figure 1, position 8), while the rotating roller 2 for picking and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper delivers and applies the necessary amount of glue on the bottom surface of the wallpaper. The amount of glue depends on the frequency, width and depth of the grooves of the roller (figure 3).

Next, the glued wallpaper, touching tightly, pass the restriction rod 4 to limit the layer of glue, the surface relief of which is similar to the roller 2 for picking and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper.

Elongated to the desired height, the wallpaper is fixed on the wall as shown in figure 1, item 9 and a wallpaper roller (not shown) is glued to the wall from top to bottom to a height of h 20-30 cm from the floor surface (figure 1, item 10).

Having measured the required length of wallpaper on the counter, the wallpaper is cut off along the edge 15 of the body of the adhesive tank 1.

Next, the bottom of the wallpaper is glued.

Then move the device for wallpaper work on the width of the wallpaper in the right direction and continue the process of wallpapering (figure 4). Wallpaper on the wall is glued joint to joint.

Figure 5 presents the body of the adhesive tank 1, which shows the grooves 11 for laying the roller 2 for picking and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper, roller 3 smooth receiving and rod 4 to limit the adhesive layer during assembly. A roller 2 is laid in the left groove 11 for collecting and applying a layer of glue to the wallpaper, in the upper groove 11 is a rod 4 for restricting the glue layer and in the right groove 11 is a smooth receiving roller (pressure roller). The right groove 11 also has an intermediate position 12, at which you can fill the wallpaper.

The rollers 2, 3 have a rotating axis on the bearings 14 (Fig.6). The length of the axis is selected so that the axes extend beyond the body of the glue reservoir 1 by 2 - 3 cm, which is sufficient for removing and filling the rollers with 2, 3 hands.

The wallpaper clip to the roller 2 for the fence and applying a layer of glue on the wallpaper is carried out due to the weight of the smooth receiving roller 3. The thrust adjusting rods 7 extend to the desired length, and is fixed by the wing 13 (Fig. 5). Under position 16 in figure 1 reflects the level of glue in the adhesive tank (figure 1), and under position 17 - adjustable legs (figure 2).

This design allows you to assemble and disassemble the device quickly without keys and screwdrivers, which is important when replacing (refueling

new roll) of wallpaper and when cleaning the device for the production of wallpaper.

The claimed device for the production of wallpaper allows you to:

- significantly reduce the time for wallpapering the walls;

- significantly facilitate and reduce labor costs;

- Clean the wallpaper on the wall cleanly without dirt on the floor from glue and excess paper;

- does not require large space when working in crowded rooms;

- easy to operate.

A device for producing wallpaper work, characterized in that it contains an adhesive tank in which a roller is placed for collecting and applying a layer of glue to the wallpaper, interacting with a smooth receiving roller, and an adjustable corrugated rod to limit the glue layer, while on the outside of the glue The reservoir has a rod for installing a roll of wallpaper and adjusting thrust rods, and a roller for collecting and applying a layer of glue to the wallpaper is made with a corrugated rubber surface. 2.
