The pusher is made in the form of a sealed piston, the piston cavity of which is in communication with the central channel. Description

The proposal relates to the drilling and overhaul of wells and is intended, in particular, for flaring pipes when they are installed in the well.

It is known “Device for flaring pipes” (patent for PM of RF №46527, ЕВВ 29/10, publ. Bull. №19 from 02/11/2005), including a housing with a central channel, threads for connection with downhole equipment and recesses on the outside the surfaces in which the rollers are mounted on the axles, while the lower and upper ends of the axles are fixed in the housing rigidly, and the axis is parallel or with a slight deviation from the parallelism of the central axis of the housing, and the rollers are made of installed from expanding sequentially screw and continuously superposed cylinders equipped with bottom and / or top facets.

The disadvantages of the device are:

- premature wear of the rollers due to the contact of the rollers with the wall of the well during tripping operations, since the axles with the rollers are fixed in the housing rigidly. This disadvantage is especially relevant in directional and horizontal wells;

- the possibility of emergency situations associated with the destruction of the rollers when the load increases above critical for the material used in the rollers.

Closest to the utility model in technical essence is the “Device for pipe expansion” (patent for PM of the Russian Federation No. 533357, ЕВВ 29/10, publ. Bull. No. 13 of 05/10/2006), including a housing with a central channel, threads for connections with downhole equipment and recesses on the outer surface, in which the rollers are mounted, mounted on the axles and made of typesetted cylinders with bevels expanding sequentially upward and stepless above each other, the lower end of the axis being rotatably connected to the housing from in the radial plane, and the upper end of the axis is made with the possibility of limited movement inward, while the upper end is elastically pressed outward from the housing by the pusher.

The disadvantages of the device are:

- wear of the rollers due to the contact of the rollers with the wall of the well during tripping operations, since the axes with the rollers are pushed towards the side of the well;

- unregulated force pushed by the pushers of the axles with the rollers during tube expansion, as a result, the cross section decreases, which leads to the need for re-expansion of the overlapper, and additional time and money for tripping;

- uneven force pushed by the pushers of the axles with the rollers during flaring, which leads to uneven wear of the axles and rollers.

The technical task of the proposed utility model is the creation of a simple and reliable design that allows the flapper to be flanged guaranteed in sweat without additional tripping operations and eliminating the possibility of destruction of the rollers at high loads while maintaining working qualities.

The technical problem is solved by a device for expanding pipes, including a housing with a central channel, threads for connecting with downhole equipment and recesses on the outer surface, in which rollers are mounted, mounted on axles and made of stacked cylinders with bevels expanding sequentially upward and stepless one above the other. , the lower end of the axis is rotatably connected to the housing in the radial plane, and the upper end of the axis is made with the possibility of limited movement inside b, wherein the upper end of the shaft interacts with the pusher.

The pusher 12 is formed as a sealed piston subpiston chamber 13 which communicates with the central channel 2.

The device operates as follows.

The device using the threads 3 of the housing 1 is connected to the downhole equipment (not shown in the diagram), with which it is lowered into the pipe narrowing zone (not shown in the diagram), which must be expanded (not shown in the diagram). Create the necessary preload rollers 5 with axles 6 by creating a flushing in the cavity of the pipe and device through the Central channel 2 of the housing 1 by pumping liquid. Since the piston cavity 13 of the piston 12 is in communication with the central channel 2, the force of the pusher 12 and the axles 6 with the rollers 5 increases. After that, the device is given simultaneously rotational and translational motion. As a result, the rollers 5 installed in the recesses 4 of the housing 1 on the axles 6, expand the pipe narrowing to the required diameter. To avoid slippage relative to the casing, the rollers 5 are made in the form of cylinders 7 equipped with chamfers 8. In case of exceeding the permissible load on the rollers 5 (for example, chips or sludge getting under the rollers), the upper end 10 of the axis is shifted into the housing 1, moving the pusher 12 and compressing the liquid located in the sub-piston cavity 13 under the pusher 12. In this case, the axis 6 rotates around the lower end 9, which is rotatably connected to the housing 1 (for example, a swivel joint 14). With further rotation of the drill pipe string, the uncompressed pipe sections are straightened until they are pressed firmly against the borehole walls. Thus, the force of the preloaded rollers 5 can be adjusted by changing the washing intensity without lifting the device.

After completion of the operation, the complete assembly is removed from the well. After that, the parts of the device are revised and, if necessary, only the worn-out parts of the device are replaced, workable cylinders 7 are installed on axis 6, which are assembled and installed in recesses 4 of the housing 1.

The proposed design of the device for flaring pipes is simple and reliable, allowing flaring of the overlap guaranteed in pota without additional tripping operations and eliminating the possibility of destruction of the rollers at high loads while maintaining working qualities.
