Description
The utility model relates to medical equipment, namely, devices for inhalation in the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
DiabeticLife.ru).The inhaler according to the Mahold system is known, which consists of a case made of silver-treated medical glass, a mouthpiece, nozzle, rubber cuff and is intended for inhalation with essential oils and alcohol tinctures of medicinal plants (Internet store www.DiabeticLife.ru).
The disadvantage of this inhaler is the possibility of ingestion of liquid for inhalation in the nose or mouth. vapors are formed due to the air drawn in through the liquid during inspiration. Most liquids used in this type of inhaler can cause burns to the mucous membranes.
2003.05.10).Known nasal inhaler containing a housing with an outlet and an air inlet, a chamber forming a fluid reservoir and means for supplying fluid from the reservoir to the fluid outlet member, as well as means for creating an electric field causing atomization of the fluid exiting the fluid supply means, due to the flow of air through the air flow circuit to obtain a stream of electrically charged atomized substance passing from the outlet of the body into the nasal passages Application RU №2001120381, date publ. 2003.05.10).
The disadvantage of this nasal inhaler is the complexity of the design and manufacture, significant inconvenience in using the device, as well as the possibility of ingestion of liquid in the nose or mouth, which can cause burns to the mucous membranes.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a capillary nasal inhaler with simplicity of design and manufacture, small size and ease of use, eliminating the ingestion of liquid for inhalation on the upper respiratory tract mucous membranes.
The problem is solved using the proposed capillary nasal inhaler, including a housing with an outlet, a fluid reservoir, means for supplying fluid from the reservoir to the fluid outlet element, the outlet being made in the form of adapters for the nose, and fluid delivery means from the reservoir to the element for the liquid outlet is made in the form of capillaries located inside the adapters.
Distinctive features of the proposed utility model is that:
- выходной элемент выполнен в виде адаптеров для носа;- the output element is made in the form of adapters for the nose;
- элемент для вывода жидкости из резервуара выполнен в виде капилляров, расположенных внутри адаптеров;- an element for withdrawing fluid from the tank is made in the form of capillaries located inside the adapters;
- корпус выполнен таким образом, чтобы обеспечить создание разряженного воздушного потока при вдыхании пользователя через адаптеры;- the housing is designed in such a way as to ensure the creation of a discharged air stream when inhaling the user through the adapters;
- корпус содержит соответствующий выходной элемент для каждой полости носа пользователя.- the housing contains a corresponding output element for each nasal cavity of the user.
All of the above signs provide a cloud of medication that prevents the inhalation fluid from entering the upper respiratory tract mucous membranes, since air entering around the adapters that are not adjacent to the wings of the nose, when inhaled, creates a vacuum at the ends of the adapters, due to which the liquid particles come off from the ends of the capillaries and get into the air stream, and then into the upper respiratory tract.
2.The proposed utility model is presented in figures 1 and 2.
Figure 1 shows a General view of a capillary nasal inhaler.
Figure 2 is a diagram of the formation of the drug cloud.
5.A capillary nasal inhaler contains a glass or polymer case 1 with a neck 2 for filling and draining fluids, adapters for the nose 3, capillaries 4, and stopper 5.
The inhaler works as follows.
фиг.2).In the case 1 through the open neck 2, (with the plug 5 removed), inhalation liquid is poured in, which is absorbed by capillaries 4. Adapters 3 with capillaries 4 located in them are placed in the nasal cavity of the user. The user takes a breath and since the adapters do not fit on the wings of the nose, the inhaled air entering around the adapters creates a vacuum and due to the discharge created by the air flow, the liquid particles come off from the ends of the capillaries and enter the air stream and then into the upper respiratory tract (see Fig. .2).
The proposed capillary nasal inhaler, in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the upper respiratory tract using alcohol and oil solutions, eliminates the ingestion of mucous membranes on the upper respiratory tract, which can cause mucosal burns. The inhaler is convenient for use at home and in medical facilities, suitable for use by all categories of patients, is easily disinfected. The design of the inhaler allows the possibility of heating the liquid for inhalation by placing the inhaler in a water bath. The inhaler can also be used for aromatherapy.
