Abstract

The proposed solution relates to personal protective equipment for people, in particular, to special clothing for protecting firefighters from increased thermal effects.

The protective jumpsuit has front and rear sides for protecting the user's torso, as well as parts for protecting the head and limbs of the latter, and is equipped with at least one device for fastening and unfastening in the form of a zipper that defines the passage in the front of the jumpsuit for the user to access the jumpsuit . Known protective overalls having elements forming the front and rear sides, as well as parts for protecting the head, trunk and extremities, and equipped with a device for fastening and unfastening in the form of a zipper that defines the passage in the front of the overalls for access to the last user, and having a means of emergency opening of the zipper (patent US 4829603, A41D 13/00, 05.16.1989). In the known solution there is a flexible element connected to the zipper fastener, which is directed along the zipper and facilitates the opening of the zipper in the upper part of the hood of the protective suit, where handling is difficult due to the difficulty of access and the bulkiness of the suit.

As a rule, the operation of such protective overalls provides for their removal only with outside help, i.e. an emergency exit from the overalls by the user’s forces is either not provided, or is associated with a violation (often irreversible) of the integrity of the overalls.

The known solution does not provide for the possibility of emergency disclosure of overalls without the help of unauthorized persons in case of emergency emergency evacuation of the worker from the place of work (for example, due to failure of the air supply system).

The technical task underlying the creation of this technical solution is to increase the safety of using overalls in emergency situations, namely, providing the possibility of emergency disclosure of overalls while maintaining the integrity of all its elements. The technical result consists in

creating a convenient device for fastening and unfastening the overalls, providing both the possibility of emergency disclosure of the latter, as well as normal operation in normal situations.

The specified technical result is provided in the proposed protective overalls having front and rear sides for protecting the user's torso, parts for protecting the user’s head and limbs, and at least one detachable zipper with emergency unfastening means, for which the jumpsuit is equipped with a clasp lock limiter - zippers when unfastening the latter.

It is advisable that the said limiter of movement of the lock of the detachable zipper when unfastening the latter be made in the form of an abutment plate fixed on overalls on both sides relative to the said zipper and placed on top of the tail of the latter.

In addition, it is advisable to make a pocket on the jumpsuit designed to accommodate the tail of the detachable zipper and placed on the lower part of the front side of the jumpsuit, wherein said stop bar can be made on the top of the pocket. The presence of a pocket reduces the possibility of damage to the zipper, and also eliminates the danger of it touching any objects during operation.

For the convenience of manipulating the zipper (after the emergency opening of the latter), there is a gap in the seam between the stopper and the set-in line of the detachable zipper.

Preferably, if the protective overalls are equipped with two zippers (for example, the same), which will be located on both sides and extend from the belt to the top of the hood, designed to accommodate the user's head.

Protective overalls 1, shown in figure 1 and made according to the utility model, has front and rear sides, as well as parts for protecting the head and

limbs of the user, and is equipped with devices for fastening and unfastening, which are located on both sides of the overalls, and made in the form of two zippers 2 extending from the belt to the upper part of the part to protect the user's head. Each of the two zippers 2 is made detachable and consists of two halves connected using locks 3.

The proposed product provides for the use of not standard zippers with rigid stops that limit the movement of the zipper when fastening, but special detachable zippers, each consisting of two zipper halves connected by a lock and having emergency means for opening (for example, zippers manufactured by YKK, Japan). The means for emergency opening of the zipper 2 of this design is a mechanism for releasing the lock 3, comprising a spring stop 4 mounted on one of the halves of the zipper in its upper end part (where the lock is moved when fastening), and a cutout 5 for releasing the lock 3, also made on one of the halves of the zipper in the upper end part of it, but behind the spring stop 4.

In order for the zipper to be used as an integral part of the overalls (in order to exclude the possibility of accidental opening), the design of the overalls provides for the presence of an abutment plate 6 covering the lower end part of the zipper, made of the same heat-reflecting material as the whole outer overalls 1. The support bar 6 is placed mainly perpendicular to the zipper. In this case, the lower end part of the zipper is not sewn to the product, but is freely placed under the stopper 6. The gap between the fastening of the sewn line between the zipper and the stopper (L) is such that it allows the end of the zipper to be pulled out from - Under the mentioned stop bar.

The jumpsuit has a pocket 7, designed to accommodate the lower end part of the zipper 2 and made of the same heat-reflecting material as the entire outdoor jumpsuit 1, while the said stop plate 6 is fixed on the upper part of the pocket. The procedure for using the proposed protective overalls is as follows.
