Полезная модель относится к таре и упаковке и предназначена для хранения и транспортировки бутылок с напитками, а также для использования в качестве автономного места продаж. Техническим результатом, на достижение которого направлена заявленная полезная модель, является простота, компактность конструкции и удобство в ее использовании. Технический результат достигается за счет того, что приспособление для транспортировки и хранения бутылок, включает поддоны для штабелирования, выполненные с бортиками. При этом один из поддонов снабжен роликами или колесиками, прикрепленными снизу к его днищу, а в днище остальных поддонов выполнены в шахматном порядке отверстия. Диаметр отверстий - больше диаметра горловины, но меньше диаметра тулова бутылки, а расстояния между соседними по длине и соседними по ширине поддона отверстиями равны и составляют не менее диаметра тулова бутылки.
