Abstract

The utility model relates to the design of packaging for instant food, in particular for pasta and noodles. Disposable packaging for instant food, contains a container with an opening. The container contains the concentrate of the food product. A flanging can be made around the container inlet (ring-shaped platform). The package includes a flexible lid, hermetically adjacent to the wall or flanging of the container. The flexible lid has a tongue for separating part of the flexible lid from the wall or flanging the container and creating a gap between the cover and the tank, which serves to fill hot water into the tank. At least one groove is made on the surface of the lid portion opposite the tongue, reducing the thickness of the flexible lid and limiting at least one surface contour to which a force is applied to form an opening for draining hot water after preparing the food product. A second embodiment of packaging is disclosed. Description

The utility model relates to packaging for instant food, the basis of which, in particular, is pasta and noodles, while the packaging acts as a disposable tableware.

Known disposable packaging for instant food, containing a container with an opening in the cavity of which there is a food product concentrate, a flanging of the wall of the container made around the opening, a detachable flexible cover tightly adjacent to the flanging of the container, a tongue for separating part of the flexible cover from the flanging of the container and education the gap between the lid and the container, which serves to fill in the hot water tank and the readiness indicator of the food concentrate integrated in the flexible cover (see patent document CN No. 2727098, The PC 65 D 85/816, published 21.09.2005).

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that in a known container after cooking a food product (in particular, pasta or noodles), water can only be drained through a large gap between the lid and the container, formed when the package is opened and used to fill the cake with boiling water and subsequent consumption finished product, which leads to the removal of part of the product along with the drained liquid (broth), and ultimately to the inconvenience of using the well-known packaging by the consumer when draining the liquid STI.

The objective of the utility model and the technical result is to increase the usability of the package by preventing the removal of the food product along with the drained water.

The specified technical result can be achieved by two options for packaging.

Additional openings can be made in the lid, closed with an additional detachable flexible lid with a tongue.

Disposable packaging for instant food, both for the first embodiment of packaging and for the second embodiment of packaging, contains a container 1 with walls 2 forming the cavity of the container, the upper part of which forms the inlet of the container. Mentioned walls can be made in the form of a single (continuous) closed wall, mainly conical or cylindrical in shape. In the cavity of the container 1 is a concentrate 3 of the food product. If necessary, a flange 4 (an annular platform) repeating the contour of the wall 2 (walls 2) can be made around the inlet along the upper part of the wall 2. With a significant (technologically sufficient) wall thickness 2 of the flanging container 1, 4 around the inlet may not be. The composition of the package includes a detachable flexible cover 5, which is tightly adjacent to the flanging 4 of the container and a sealing cavity with concentrate 3 of the food product. The flexible cover 5 has a tongue 6 for separating part of the flexible cover 5 from the flanging 4 of the tank 1 and the formation of a gap between the cover 5 and the tank 1, which serves to fill in the hot water tank.

For the first packaging embodiment, at least one groove 7 is made on the surface of the portion of the lid 5 opposite the tongue 6, which reduces the thickness of the flexible lid 5 (loosens the latter at a given specific location) and limits at least one surface contour

The contour for the formation of the hole may be limited by one groove 7 (see figure 3).

On the lid 5, additional contours are preferably performed to form holes (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3).

For the second packaging embodiment (see FIG. 4), at least one hole 8 is made on the surface of the portion of the lid 5 opposite the tongue 6, closed by an additional flexible lid 9 with a tongue 10, designed to open the hole 8, which serves to drain hot liquids after cooking a food product.

Advantageously, additional openings 8 can be made in the lid 5, closed with the same additional detachable flexible lid 9 with the tongue 10.

The holes 8 can be made in the form of a part of an oval or in the form of a part of a circle bounding the semicircular part of the surface of the cover 5 (not shown in the drawings).

The holes 8 can be made in the form of an oval (not shown in the drawings) or in the form of a circle (see figure 4).

The first and second packaging embodiments are operated as follows. Before preparing the food product using the tongue 6, the consumer separates part of the flexible cover 5 from the flanging 4 of the container 1 and then pours hot water into the container between the cover 5 and the container 1.

After filling the package with hot water in the required amount, the consumer presses the open part of the cover 5 with the tongue 6 to the flange 4 and waits

preparation of a food product (according to the instructions for preparing the product).

After the food product reaches the established degree of readiness (time control) in the first embodiment of the package, before draining the hot liquid from the container 1, they act on the surface of the flexible cover 5, enclosed between either closed or open circuits, limited by one continuous groove 7, or several grooves 7. When exposed, for example, by punching, one or more holes are formed for draining hot liquid from the tank 1. The impact on the surface of the cover 5, limited by the contour but use a finger or a rod specially attached to the package, as well as a suitable improvised item (not shown). After preparing the food product, the water is drained through the formed (pushed) holes, leaving the flexible cover 5 closed.

After preparing the food product in the second embodiment of the package, before draining the hot liquid from the container 1, they act on the tongue 10 (tear off the last) of the additional cover 9, completely or partially remove the additional cover 9 and thereby open one or more openings 8.

After preparing the food product, the hot liquid is drained through one or more holes 8, leaving the flexible cover 5 closed.

After the draining of the hot liquid is complete, the product is ready for consumption.

Thus, the two options for the implementation of one-time packaging provide increased usability of the package (neat discharge of hot liquid) and prevent the removal of food product along with drained water.

Disposable packaging for instant food, containing a container bounded by a wall, in the cavity of which there is a food product, a detachable flexible cover tightly adjacent to the upper part of the container, a tab for separating part of the flexible cover from the container wall and creating a gap between them, which serves to pouring into a container of hot water, characterized in that on the surface of the portion of the lid opposite the tongue is made at least one groove defining at least one contour of the surface, intended first to break the integrity of the cover when a force is applied and the formation of holes serving to drain the hot liquid after cooking food. 2. The packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the contour for the formation of holes is limited by one groove. 3. Disposable packaging for instant food, containing a container bounded by a wall, in the cavity of which there is a food product concentrate, a detachable flexible cover tightly adjacent to the upper part of the container, a tongue for separating a part of the flexible cover from the container wall and creating a gap between them, which serves for pouring hot water into a container, characterized in that at least one opening is made on the surface of the lid portion opposite the tongue, closed by an additional detachable flexible lid with tongue a chock designed to open the hole used to drain the hot liquid after cooking the food product. 10. Packaging according to claim 9, characterized in that the lid has additional openings closed with an additional detachable flexible lid with a tongue. 11.
