Known dental key (catalog company "Nobelpharma", Components for Fixture installation, 1988), containing a handle with a working part.

The known key has a limited turning zone in the patient’s mouth and requires repeated removal of the working part of the key and its installation again on the screwed element, which introduces great inconvenience and lengthens the screwing process when installing the prosthesis.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed key is a "dental key" (patent No. 20044210 for IPC A 61 C 3/00, bull. No. 45-46 for 1993), containing a handle and a head mechanically connected to it (in a known device - holder of the working part) with the working insert (in the known device - the working part).

The disadvantage of this known device is the impossibility of using it to control the applied efforts when screwing the prosthesis in the implant, because there are no means of standardizing the efforts made by the dentist. This sometimes in practice leads to thread breakage or, on the contrary, to undercutting when screwing the installed prosthesis on the implant, which reduces the quality of the prosthetics, and sometimes requires significant alterations up to replacing the implant.

The purpose of the proposed technical solution is to eliminate the above drawback, i.e. - ensuring a high-quality installation of prostheses on implants by eliminating thread breakage during twisting and backlash of the prosthesis during undercut due to

use in the key of a dynamometric regulator, normalizing the efforts made by the dentist, while ensuring reverse.

This goal is achieved in that the torque wrench, comprising a handle and a head mechanically connected to it with a working insert, also contains a cracker, a compression spring, a screw, a directional engraving of the wrapping direction, a bed and four protrusions at the corners of the bed, and in the composition handles - a cylindrical hollow body, a stem, a metric spring, a regulator with a dynamometric scale on its outer part, leaving the case, as well as an adapter, while the head is a flat cap a wrench with a closed double-sided faceted throat, which is the inner surface of a cylindrical working insert, inserted into the head and rotating freely in the arrow engraving, in the middle part of the cylinder forming the working insert, the oblique teeth of the sprocket are cut in a circle, between which two adjacent teeth are a cracker, spring-loaded with the first end of the clamping spring, the second end of which abuts against the end of the rod, the first end of which is connected to the head by a screw, and at such a distance from the end rod, so that the rod in the head swings at an angle of about 20 degrees, and the second end of the rod has an external thread onto which a cylindrical handle regulator is screwed with its internal thread, the end of which located inside the handle body abuts against the first end of the metric spring, dressed inside the case handles on the rod, the second end of the metric spring abuts against the protrusion inside the handle body, the inner slice of which abuts against the head bed, and the outer slice of which is the reference line of the dynamometer On the other hand, the adapter is an end-lowering wrench, the larger polyhedron of which is inserted into the corresponding polyhedron of the working insert of the head of the torque wrench, and the smaller polyhedron of which is designed to

The technical result of the claimed key is its ease of use, in which the prosthesis is screwed onto the implant (similarly, unscrewing) is carried out under continuous control of the efforts made by the dentist, not exceeding the maximum allowable effort, without frequently moving the key head, and using the idle key reverse. In this case, the key is used both for the "left" and for the "right" thread.

Figures 1, 2 and 3 respectively provide sketches of a front view of a torque wrench reversible, a left view of the same key and adapter. Figure 4 is a sketch explaining the fixation of the prosthesis in the implant using this key.

The key (Figs. 1 and 2) contains a head 1 with a bed 1.1 and four protrusions 1.2 at the corners of the bed and with a working insert 2 containing, in turn, an asterisk 2.1, a polyhedron (in the example, a hexagon) 2.2, and side cylindrical parts 2.3, a handle 3 with a cylindrical hollow body 3.1, which, in turn, contains a metric section 3.1.1, an end face 3.1.2, a wavy surface 3.1.3 for comfortable hand grip, and two side teeth 3.1.4, with a regulator 3.2, containing, in its turn, handwheel 3.2.1, torque scale 3.2.2 and thread 3.2.3, cracker 4, pressure spring 5, screw 6 , rod 7, metric spring 8 and arrow engraving 9 of the wrapping direction.

a clamping spring 5, the second end of which abuts against the end of the rod 7, the first end of which is connected to the head 1 by a screw 6, and at such a distance from the end of the rod 7 that the rod 7 in the head 1 will swing at an angle of about 20 degrees, and the second end of the rod 7 has an external thread onto which a cylindrical regulator 3.2 of the handle 3 is screwed with its internal thread, the end of which, located inside the housing 3.1 of the handle 3, abuts against the first end of the metric spring 8, mounted inside the housing 3.1 of the handle 3 on the rod 7, the second end of the metric spring 8, it abuts against the protrusion inside the housing 3.1 of the handle 3, the inner slice of which abuts against the bed 1.1 of the head 1, and the outer slice 3.1.1 of which is the reference line of the dynamometer scale 3.2.2.

The adapter 10 (Fig. 3) contains a larger polyhedron (in the example, a hexagon) 10.1 and a smaller polyhedron (for example, also a hexagon) 10.2.

The implant 11 (figure 4), the bone 12, the prosthesis 13 and the fixing screw 14 are shown for explanation.

Key parts are made of widely used tool steel. Spring 8 is specially manufactured as a measuring element with a long-term memory.

The device operates as follows.

The inventive key is used at the stage of prosthetics, in which at the surgical stage an implant 11 was installed and implanted in the bone 12 of the jaw, in which there is a cylindrical channel with a thread 11.1 for the fixing screw 14.

Before prosthetics, i.e. - installation of the prosthesis 13, prepare for use the key. To do this, rotate the handwheel 3.2.1. controller 3.2 (figure 1), set in accordance with the instructions the desired value on the dynamometer scale 3.2.2 read along the metric cut line 3.1.1. When rotating the handwheel 3.2.1, for example,

towards immersion of the regulator 3.2 in the case 3.1, the regulator 3.2, screwing 3.2.3 onto the rod 7, compresses the metric spring 8. Proportional to the compression force of the metric spring 8 and in proportion to the corresponding value of the dynamometer scale 3.2.2, the end face 3.1.2 presses on the bed 1.1 heads 1.

After that, turning the key in arrow 9, the dentist carries out a working stroke within the limits allowed by the jaw of the patient. In this case, cracker 4, spring-loaded with spring 5, rigidly connects sprocket 2.1 with head 1, handle 3, adapter 10 and screw 14. Reverse idle is provided by moving cracker 4 along the corresponding teeth of sprocket 2.1 while compressing spring 5 on each tooth with a fixed sprocket 2.1. Next, the dentist tightens the screw 14, alternating the working and idle strokes of the key until the screw is completed, the moment of which is determined by a break in the handle relative to the head and a sound click.

Similarly carry out the use of the key when loosening the screw 14 or when wrapping it when using the threads of the screw 14 with the opposite thread. In this case, the head 1 of the key is rotated 180 degrees.

The torque wrench is reversible dental, containing a handle and a head mechanically connected to it with a working insert, characterized in that the key also contains a cracker, a compression spring, a screw, a directional engraving of the wrapping direction, a bed and four protrusions at the corners of the bed, and the handle consists of a cylindrical hollow body, a stem, a metric spring, a regulator with a dynamometric scale on its outer part coming out of the body, as well as an adapter, the head being a flat one design of a wrench with a closed double-sided faceted throat, which is the inner surface of a cylindrical working insert that is inserted into the head and rotates in it freely along arrow engraving, in the middle part of the cylinder forming the working insert, oblique teeth of a sprocket are cut in a circle, between which two adjacent teeth there is a cracker spring-loaded with the first end of the clamping spring, the second end of which abuts against the end of the rod, the first end of which is connected to the head by a screw, and at such a distance and from the end of the rod, so that the rod in the head moves at an angle of about 20 °, and the second end of the rod has an external thread onto which a cylindrical handle adjuster is screwed with its internal thread, the end of which, located inside the handle body, abuts against the first end of the metric spring, clad inside the handle housing onto the stem, the second end of the metric spring abuts against the protrusion inside the handle housing, the inner cut of which abuts against the head box, and the outer cut of which is the dynamometer reference line scale, the adapter is a reducing end key, a larger size polyhedron which is inserted into the corresponding insertion polyhedron working head a torque reversible key, and the smaller polyhedron which is intended for screwing the fixing screws securing the prosthesis in the implant.
