Технический результат заключается в повышение электрической прочности, а также повышение механической прочности изоляции обмоточного провода и как следствие увеличение надежности обмоток электрических машин. По первому варианту обмоточный провод, содержит токопроводящую жилу и изоляционный слой, состоящий из ленты стеклоткани, слюдяной бумаги и полимерной пленки, пропитанный и склеенные между собой изоляционным составом, выполненным на основе эпоксидной или кремнийорганической смолы. По второму варианту обмоточный провод, содержит токопроводящую жилу и изоляционный слой, состоящий из ленты стеклоткани, слюдяной бумаги и полимерной пленки, пропитанные и склеенные между собой изоляционным составом, выполненным на основе эпоксидной или кремнийорганической смолы, находящемся в полуотвержденном состоянии. Предлагаемые варианты конструкции обмоточного провода позволяют увеличить электрическую и механическую прочность изоляционного слоя, и как следствие, позволяют увеличить надежность обмоток электрических машин, трансформаторов и подобных им устройств.The utility model relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the designs of winding wires, which are used for the manufacture of windings of electrical machines.
