This device is the closest to the claimed technical solution. The device includes a payment terminal device, a processor that collects information from peripheral devices, preprocesses and transfers information to the host computer, as well as transfers information in the opposite direction from the host computer (RF patent No. 2134901, IPC 6 G 06 F 17/60 , G 06 F 157: 00).

However, the device described above is intended for processing data received only from payment terminals; it does not allow accounting services for enterprises that do not use payment terminals. In other words, the functionality of the known device is limited by the use of payment terminals.

The use of personal computer services as consumer computer devices (in addition to trading terminals) allows to increase the amount of primary data transmitted for appropriate processing to a second computer device, and thereby expand the range of enterprises serviced by the system, which leads to the expansion of the functionality of the system as a whole. The inclusion in the system of an additional third computer device that acts as a data warehouse, providing access to data only to authorized users, taking into account their authority, allows reliable storage of a large array of independent data and ensures effective interaction with an almost unlimited number of users, which also extends the functionality of the system . Using in the system of databases (directories) with normative and reference data allows you to process data taking into account the requirements for reporting documentation in the territory of the enterprise.

The inventive system operates as follows.

At the enterprise, which is a client of the system, using the client’s computer device, a file with primary data characterizing the business operations of the enterprise is formed. Establish a connection between the client computer 1 and the first computer 2. Create a message, which includes a file with primary data, and transmit it via a telecommunication channel in the form of a certain sequence of signals to the first computer device 2.
