Abstract

The invention relates to bottle closures for bottling and storing alcoholic beverages. The technical result of the proposed utility model is to eliminate the above disadvantages, namely, ensuring the safety of information printed on the device and expanding the technological capabilities of its application. The closure device includes a drain sleeve, an inner cap and an outer casing. The outer surface of the drain sleeve contains a decorated layer with an information carrier in the form of either offset printing, silk screen printing, or hot stamping, or pad printing, or spraying, or a cast relief surface, and the outer casing is made of transparent material.

Description

The invention relates to bottle closures for bottling and storing alcoholic beverages.

It is known a closure device comprising a drain sleeve made with an external and an internal nozzle at the inlet end and an annular protrusion with an external thread at the output end, an inner cap with a pouring tube at its end and slots on the lateral outer surface mounted on the annular protrusion of the drain sleeve using threads with the ability to ensure its movement in the axial direction during rotation, a one-way valve mounted outside the inner pipe, a body in the form of an outer cap with an opening in the end e and slots on the inner surface for interaction with the slots of the inner cap, and the annular protrusion inside contains an annular plug resting on inclined or intersecting relative to the longitudinal axis of the rack (RU No. 41709 U1, 65 D 47 / 20,49 / 02, 2003 )

A disadvantage of the known closure device is the ability to remove or distort information about the manufacturer of the product and its consumer properties applied to the outer surface of the outer casing.

The technical result of the proposed utility model is to eliminate the above disadvantages, namely, ensuring the safety of information printed on the device and expanding the technological capabilities of its application.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the capping device contains a drain sleeve, an inner cap and an outer casing.

The outer surface of the drain sleeve contains a decorated layer with an information carrier in the form of either offset printing, silk screen printing, or hot stamping, or pad printing, or spraying, or a cast relief surface, and the outer casing is made of transparent material.

The execution on the outer surface of the drain sleeve of the decorated layer with the information carrier allows you to reliably save all the information deposited on the device due to the presence of an outer casing of transparent material. In this case, it is not possible to remove or distort the printed information on the internal part of the device.

The use of offset printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping, pad printing, spraying or the implementation of a decorative layer in the form of a cast embossed surface

allows you to significantly expand the technological capabilities of applying information to the device.

The closure device includes a drain sleeve 1 made with an outer 2 and an inner 3 nozzles, longitudinal slots 4, a hollow cylindrical protrusion 5, an external thread 6 and an annular plug 7 resting on the posts 8, an inner cap 9 made with a pouring tube 10, slots 11 and thread 12, a one-way valve 13, the outer housing 14 with slots 15 and the tear-off element 16.

A decorated layer 17 is applied to the drain sleeve 1, in particular to the outer pipe 2. The outer case 14 is made of a transparent material, for example plastic, and the drain sleeve 1 and the inner cap 9 are made of contrasting colored material, for example blue and red.

The assembly and use of the capping device is as follows.

Previously, on the drain sleeve 1 is applied, for example by spraying, a decorated layer 17 with the necessary information. Then, the inner cap 9 is screwed onto the hollow cylindrical protrusion 5 of the drain sleeve 1 with force, while the annular plug 7 tightly closes the bore of the pouring tube 10. After that, the drain sleeve 1 with the cap 9 is inserted into the outer case 14 and from the input end the drain sleeve 1 with a small dynamic force install a one-way valve 13. In the assembled state, the capping device is inserted with great effort onto the neck of the bottle (not shown in FIG.).

To open the capping device, it is necessary to turn the outer casing 14 counterclockwise. Due to the splined connection between the slots 4 and 11 and the threads 6 and 12, the inner cap 9 rises and with its pouring tube 10 tears the tear-off element 16 from the body 14.
