Paper tea bags are sealed, porous tea bags that are placed in a glass or cup of boiling water to make tea. Before drinking tea, these tea bags are removed from the container. A strip of cardboard can be fixed on the thread, through which pressure is applied to the bag.

In another solution, which also uses a thread that is extruded to squeeze the bag, this thread is looped along the strip running around the periphery of the bag so that it covers the whole bag, and when pulling the thread, this loop compresses the bag. Such a package is described in US No. 3415656 A.

The next alternative solution is RU No. 2141438. When using the package, it is placed using a ring (3) (or label) in a vessel with hot water (8) (see Figure 5 (a)), in which tea will be brewed. In this case, the ring and two half-planes are located above the water. Half-planes rotate around the connection point and make an angle of no more than 180 degrees between themselves. After obtaining the desired infusion, the bag with the support is taken out of the vessel (Figure 5 (b)) and the bag with tea is squeezed by pressure on the half-plane (Figure 5 (c)).

The option in which you want to brew a drink in a vessel, the neck of which is significantly larger than the label (for example, in a teapot), implies the need to fasten the ring (3) to the half-planes of the label (4). Otherwise, the half-planes can simply fall into the vessel with the infusion (which will not allow to achieve a technical result).

This can be done by bonding the label to the half-planes with glue or some kind of staples (metal or non-metal).

This is also realized (see Fig. 6 (a, b)) by using tapes of easily tearing material (9) with perforation lines for tearing (10) or the tab can be attached with glue and / or welding directly to half-planes.
