Abstract

Description

The invention relates to shoes, and can be used as domestic shoes, in particular, in baths, on beaches, in hospitals, hotels, trains and other places.

Known collapsible shoes containing the main and fixing elements made of elastic sheet material (RU 7809, class A 43 B 3/24, 1998). The disadvantage of the design is that two detachable parts are used for its manufacture.

Shoes are also known, including a one-piece sole made of flexible sheet material, a flexible arcuate fastening element made in the heel region and a fastening element made in the toe region of the sole for connecting to the heel arcuate element (RU No. 2005121025/22 (024723) from 04.07.2005 7 A 43 B 3/12, 2005). They are made of source material as a whole with the formation of two connecting sections located on different sides of the sole. The connecting sections form two bend zones for each fastener. This design was chosen as the closest analogue to the claimed invention (prototype). The disadvantages of such shoes include its low reliability.

The objective of the invention is to expand the range of convertible shoes, increase reliability and ensure ease of use and storage of such shoes.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the sandals, slippers, each of which contains an elastic sole, made of flexible sheet material, contain a flexible arcuate element made in the heel of the sole and initially

contacting the sole on a curved arcuate surface made of source material as a single unit with the formation of two connecting sections with the sole and serving as a fixing element for the foot when assembling shoes by bending to the toe of the sole. In the front part of the sole, lateral parts with tongues are made for connection with the calcaneal arched fastening element and located on both sides of the sole, made with the possibility of bending from it. In the forefoot of the sole, a curved cut is made using two curved cuts. To connect with the tongues of the side parts in the flexible arcuate heel element made holes. Through-cuts are made in the side parts, the bottom line of which forms the contour of the sole, and the cuts themselves facilitate the folding of the side parts from the sole.

The footwear contains a sole 1 made in the shape of a foot, all-heeled with it a calcaneal arched fastening element 2 and side parts 3 with tongues 5, which are connected to the sole 1 in the arch area of the foot. Through-cuts are made in the side parts 3. The heel-like arch-shaped fastener 2 is formed by a curved cut 8 along the edge of the heel region of the sole 1. On the heel-shaped arc-shaped fastener 2 there are holes 4 into which the tongues 5 are inserted during shoe assembly, while the outer edge of the heel arcuate fastener 2 can be made tapering. The presence of such a shape of the calcaneal arched fastener 2, in addition to decorative purposes, contributes to

greater protection of the foot from external influences, better fixation of it in relation to the covered foot, and in total, a four-point attachment pattern to the sole 1 gives a good fit of the shoe on the foot. In the forefoot of the sole 1, a curved neckline 7 is made.

It is convenient to make whole-cut shoes from flexible sheet material by cutting two mirror-symmetrical blanks from the whole sheet at once on the right and left foot. Depending on the area of the proposed use of shoes, a thermoplastic material, for example, polyurethane foam or other similar materials, that allow exposure to high temperatures or aggressive environments used for sterilization, for example, medical equipment, if the shoes will be used in a hospital or places, can be selected as a sheet material crowds, for example in hotels or passengers on trains.

The footwear is durable and easy to store, does not require the use of laces and other additional means of fastening on the foot, its use is diverse, and the production cycle is simple, manufacturable and low labor costs.
