The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurology. The advantage of the invention is to eliminate the recurrence of pain syndromes in trigeminal neuralgia and phantom pains of the lower limb stump. This is achieved through a combination therapy of 3 drugs - diuretic, sedative and biogenic stimulant in therapeutically acceptable doses. In this case, a diuretic agent, for example triampur, is administered 1 tab. per day for the first 3 days, followed by a decrease to 0.5 tab. per day until the end of the 30-day course, a sedative, for example Relanium, is prescribed 2-5 times a day, 0.005 g each, cyclically increasing or decreasing the dose within the mentioned limits depending on the individual reactivity of the nervous system, for 30 days, a biostimulator, for example Aloe extract, administered i / m to 2 ml for 15 days with the repetition of the named combination therapy after 6 months. In addition, a maintenance dose of a diuretic drug - 0.5 tablets is prescribed 1 time in 3 days for 2-3 months after the main course of treatment.
