Description
The utility model relates to the field of construction and can be used in constructions of industrial enterprises, for example, in gas ducts and chimney trunks subject to internal heating.
Known layered cylindrical shell, including supporting the outer and inner sheathing, between which there is a light filler and annular stiffeners in the form of flat rings perpendicular to the axis of the shell [1]. Ring stiffeners provide shear stiffness in the annular direction and bond strength between the casing, which allows the use of aggregate made of a material with a low density.
However, when operating in conditions of a large temperature difference inside and outside the shell, high temperature stresses occur in the skin due to the temperature gradient and the rigid connection of the skin in the radial direction with stiffeners. In addition, when lining of a polymer composite material, for example, fiberglass, the most heated inner lining significantly loses its stiffness and strength properties when heated, it turns off from work, which leads to overloading of the outer lining, the shell starts to work almost like a single layer, which leads to to reduce its bearing capacity. In addition, with emergency heating exceeding the heat resistance of the material of the inner lining, the latter is destroyed, which leads to subsequent rapid destruction of the lightweight aggregate and the outer lining. This reduces the reliability of the layered cylindrical shell.
Known layered cylindrical shell, including supporting the outer and inner sheathing, between which are located lightweight filler connected to the sheathing and annular ribs made radially curved from a plane perpendicular to the axis of the sheath [2]. The radial curvature of the ribs provides flexibility
В результате надежность оболочки остается достаточно низкой.the relationship between the skins in the radial direction, which leads to a decrease in temperature stresses in the skins in the presence of a temperature gradient. However, when lining of a polymer composite material, for example, fiberglass, the most heated inner lining significantly loses its stiffness and strength properties when heated, it turns off from work, which leads to overloading of the outer lining, the shell starts to work almost as a single layer, which leads to a decrease its bearing capacity with internal heating. In addition, with emergency heating exceeding the heat resistance of the material of the inner lining, the latter is destroyed, which leads to subsequent rapid destruction of the lightweight aggregate and the outer lining. As a result, the reliability of the shell remains quite low.
The utility model solves the problem of increasing the bearing capacity and reliability of a layered cylindrical shell during its internal heating.
To do this, in a layered cylindrical shell, including supporting the outer and inner sheaths, between which there is a light filler connected to the sheaths and radially pliable ribs, according to the utility model, rigid layers are connected coaxially to the sheathing in the thickness of the filler, connected to the filler, and the ribs are installed between adjacent layers and cladding and connected to them.
The interlayers may be made of the skin material. Lightweight aggregate can be made of heat-insulating material, can be layered, and its layers can have different heat resistance, higher from the side of the inner lining.
Rigid interlayers installed in the thickness of the filler, which is a heat-insulating material, undergo significantly less heat than the inner lining and, as a result, they do not reduce the strength and stiffness properties. Therefore, when the inner casing is turned off from work due to its heating, due to the ribs connecting the interlayers with each other and with the casing, the interlayers begin to work together with the outer casing, thereby preserving the bearing capacity of the casing.
In case of emergency heating exceeding the heat resistance of the material of the inner lining, the destruction of the latter does not lead to subsequent rapid destruction of the entire thickness of the lightweight aggregate and the outer lining, since the interlayers act as a barrier to the destructive effect of the internal temperature. This increases the reliability of the shell.
Figure 1 shows a General view of a layered cylindrical shell, figure 2 is a cross section of the shell, figure 3 is a fragment of a longitudinal section of the wall of the shell.
2.The layered cylindrical shell contains an outer 1 and an inner 2 load-bearing casing made, for example, of fiberglass, lightweight aggregate 3, in the thickness of which rigid layers 4 are installed coaxially to the casing 1, 2, as well as annular ribs 5, radially flexible due to the fact that they are curved out of the plane. The filler 3 is connected with the skin 1, 2 and the interlayers 4. The ribs 5 are installed between adjacent layers 4 and the skin 1, 2 and connected with them. The interlayers 4 can be made of the skin material, for example, fiberglass. The filler 3 may be made of heat-insulating material, may be layered, and its layers may have different heat resistance higher from the side of the inner lining 2.
A layered cylindrical shell works as follows. When operating in conditions of significant heating of the inner lining 2, its strength and stiffness characteristics decrease, and the hard layers 4 installed in the thickness of the filler 3, which is a heat-insulating material, undergo significantly less heat than the inner lining 2 and, as a result, the layers 4 do not there is a decrease in strength and stiffness properties. Therefore, when the inner lining 2 is turned off from operation due to its heating, due to the ribs 5 connecting the interlayer 4 with each other and with the lining 1,2, the interlayer 4 begin to work together with the outer lining 1, thereby preserving the bearing capacity of the shell.
When emergency heating of the inner lining 2 is higher than the heat resistance of its material, the lining 2 and the layer of lightweight aggregate 3 closest to it are destroyed,
При этом, повышая теплостойкость только одного слоя заполнителя 3, примыкающего к внутренней обшивке 2, можно без лишних затрат добиться высокой надежности оболочки.and the function of the inner lining 2 begins to play the closest layer 4 to it, preventing the rapid destruction of the entire thickness of the light aggregate 3 and the outer lining 1, thereby increasing its reliability. Moreover, increasing the heat resistance of only one layer of aggregate 3 adjacent to the inner lining 2, it is possible to achieve high reliability of the shell without unnecessary costs.
Compared with the prototype of the inventive layered cylindrical shell has increased load bearing capacity and reliability under conditions of heating.
