The invention relates to the packaging of single brewing products for preparing a beverage from an extractable substance, such as tea, coffee, cocoa or beverages based on them. SUBSTANCE: bag is made of flexible moisture-permeable material and consists of several hermetically sealed insulated chambers made in arbitrary geometric shape. The chambers have a seam between each other, which provides the possibility of quick separation and independent use of each camera, with the preferred application of perforated lines on the seam area. External cameras of the bag and cameras with the potential for independent use have an additional connection at the top with the same preservation of the possibility of separation. The cameras of the bag, depending on the required characteristics of the resulting beverage, may have an additional separation into sealed sectors. Chambers are filled with both the main extractable product and / or vegetable and / or flavorings. Different varieties and types of tea, coffee or cocoa are used as the main extractable product, and herbal and / or flavoring additives are used as additional substances. To the upper edges of the cameras of the bag, made with the provided possibility of independent use, a thread is attached with a tag indicating the type and grade of the product used.

The technical result achieved is to expand the variability of the structure of the extracted substance and its dosage, increase the efficiency and intensify the extraction process, which reduces the initial amount of brewed raw materials while maintaining the high quality of the drink, which provides the buyer with the additional opportunity to selectively use any bag camera as an independent product.

The utility model relates to the food industry and relates to the packaging of extractable products of one-time brewing for the preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them.

The prior art packaging for tea batch tea, which is made of filter paper in the form of an elongated rectangular bag, bent in the middle part of its length in such a way that forms in cross section the Latin letter "W". The edges of the bag are tightly interconnected, while a thread is attached to it with a tag at the end to indicate the type or grade of tea. Also known is the packaging of ground coffee (US Pat. No. 26375), made in a similar way, with the possible separation of the bag at its bend in the middle part into two equal parts by transverse connection of the longitudinal sides to each other.

The insufficiently wide design range of these packages, limited by the number of chambers (two), the integral fastening of their transverse edges and the regulated use of tea or coffee as a brewed product, lead to a decrease in consumer packaging capabilities, which in principle may have different different characteristics depending on the technology of the packaged product one-time tea leaves and consumer demand.

Taking into account the properties and characteristics of the assortment of products used to make tea, coffee, cocoa, or individual drinks based on them, the task is to optimize the design features of the well-known packaging to increase the potential of its consumer properties. At the same time, add such operational characteristics as high variability of the structure of the packaged substance, the possibility of using the extractable substance of each chamber as an independent product and maximum compliance with the needs of the target customer group.

To solve this problem, it is proposed to make a bag of flexible moisture-permeable material consisting of several insulated chambers with a seam between them, performed by any known method, for example, by heat sealing, firmware or some other method, which enables the separation and independent use of each camera. The cameras can have any geometric shape (rectangular, square, round, oval, etc.), preferably the same for the convenience of their connection, while the edges of each camera must be hermetically sealed according to their configuration. The folding of the chambers, made for ease of use, is preferably performed in such a way that at the bottom of the bag in the weld zone a fold is formed in the cross section in the form of the Latin letter W. For the convenience of separating the chambers, it is possible to supplement the weld zone with a line with perforation.

Also, all chambers or part of them can be additionally divided in any direction into approximately equal sealed sectors (sections) of a given size and configuration. Moreover, the number of chambers and sectors in them varies depending on the desired characteristics of the produced beverage. Cameras that define the outer borders of the bag and bag cameras with the potential for independent use (for example, used in pairs in a 4-chamber bag) have an additional connection in its upper part (along the upper edges), performed similarly to the above methods, preserving the integrity of the cameras at disconnecting.

In Fig.1, Fig.5 and Fig.6 shows embodiments of two-, three- and four-chamber sachets in assembled form, Fig.4 is a variant of a two-chamber sachet with an additional transverse division of the cameras into equal sectors, Fig.3 is an option realizing a self-used camera of a two-chamber bag.

Different filling of each chamber of the sachet is supposed: either only with the main extractable product, or with a composition from the main extractable product and additional substances, or only with additional substances. As the main extractable product, different varieties and types of tea, coffee, cocoa are used, and various herbal or flavor additives are used as additional substances. At the same time, flowers, leaves and fruits of traditional plants with

high biological activity and the ability to improve the consumer properties of the main product, and the flavoring is powdered sugar or other sweets, dry dairy or non-dairy products. Chambers filled with the main extractable product or composition from the main extractable product and additional substances, in this description, refer to chambers containing "self-using product."

For ease of use, the bag is intended to be attached to chambers containing a self-used product, threads with a label indicating the type and grade of substance used. The threads can be attached both in the traditional place of attachment - in the middle of the sealed upper edge of the chamber, and at conventional points on opposite edges (ends) of the upper edges, which is more desirable. At the same time, the indicating tags are combined in any known manner that ensures their further quick disconnection. Alternatively, the tabs can be made as parts of a whole tab folded along a perforating line dividing them.

To preserve the aroma of the product, the bag can be placed in an individual envelope.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of the proposed utility model is that as a result of the implementation of the bag consisting of several insulated and hermetically sealed chambers, interconnected by a seam, allowing them to

separation and independent use, and the additional (depending on the characteristics of the beverage) chambers divided into sectors, expand the variability of the structure of the extracted substance and its dosage, increase the efficiency and intensification of the extraction process, as a result of which it is possible to reduce the initial amount of brewed raw materials while maintaining high quality a drink. Additionally, the buyer is given the opportunity to selectively use any camera bag as an independently used product, which further expands the consumer properties of the bag, and the preferred thread attachment with a pointing tag to each camera bag with a independently used product makes it convenient. The arrangement of the threads in opposite conventionally located points of the edge of the upper edges of the bag chambers provides for a more complete transition of the scalded part of the product into the liquid, both in the case of independent use of each chamber, formed as a result of natural tilt, and in the case of using all chambers when compressing the bag threads through a teaspoon.

For example, when implementing a package (Fig. 1), consisting of a two-chamber bag having an elongated rectangular geometric shape, divided in the middle into two equal parts by a transverse seam 1 and bent in its middle part so that the bend in the cross section has the form of a Latin letter "W", one of

chambers 2, 3 is filled with black tea (or red tea), and the other with green tea (or yellow tea), respectively. For each chamber of this packaging option, for convenience in use at opposite conditional points of the edge of the sealed upper edges 4, 5, a thread 6, 7 is attached with a pointing tag 8, 9, which are combined together on one side. Additionally, a perforation line 10 is applied along the seam zone 1 for quick separation of the chambers. In this case, both chambers in their upper part have an additional connection along the upper edges, performed in any way that ensures their quick disconnection.

To get a drink, the bag is lowered into the cup so that the threads with the tag are hanging from its upper edge. Pour boiling water and insist for 3-5 minutes., Periodically lifting the bag by the threads. Then the bag is removed, holding the tab. It is possible to squeeze the contents of the bag using both threads through a teaspoon (Fig.2.).

Using a bag made in this way allows brewing the tea compositions indicated above to obtain an extract containing an increased amount of biologically valuable components of each type of tea compared to what is obtained from extraction of a mixture of different types of tea in one bag. - the opportunity is given to all groups of consumers to consume a limited amount of the drink using the product of one of the cameras;

- there is persistent motivation (deferred valuable product) for the use of another type of tea (for example, very valuable green tea), even with the prevailing regional stereotype of the priority use of a certain type of tea (for example, black);

- a momentous situation is created (through the necessary physical environment - a drink) for the perception of information about new consumer characteristics of the product - for example, the most pronounced 1: 1 P-vitamin properties of tea, thereby changing the consumer’s behavioral competence in relation to greater consumption of health values types of tea;

- there is a pronounced initiative to attract youth to the consumption of healthy drinks, which consists in the availability of opportunities that are relevant for young people;

- fastening the threads at opposite points of the upper seams of the bag chambers (forming an angle) provides for a more complete transition of the scalded part of the product into a liquid formed as a result of natural tilt (Fig. 3).

When implementing the bag shown in Fig. 1, for a tea composition consisting of four types of tea (black, red, green and yellow teas), when it is intended to fill each chamber with two types of tea in various combinations, an additional division of each chamber into two equal sealed sectors in any convenient way for this, which significantly increases the efficiency and intensification of the extraction process of this composition (figure 4).

Figure 5 shows an embodiment in which the bag has three chambers 2, 3, 11, the middle of which 11 (the inner chamber) is preferably divided into two equal sectors. At the seam dividing into sectors 12, the sachet is bent to give a convenient shape for laying in the box. In this case, the external chambers are filled with the main extractable product, and a vegetable and / or flavoring is additionally placed in the middle chamber.

Similarly to the above advantages, when packaging tea composition, with the addition of the number of chambers or sections increases

extraction efficiency for the preparation of drinks from other water-soluble products, as there is increased contact between the particles of the brewed substance and the extracting liquid due to their free movement. In this embodiment, it is also possible to use each of the two external sachets as an independent product, supplemented by one of the sectors of the inner middle chamber and containing an additional flavoring or herbal supplement, by means of separation along the seam and perforation line of the middle chamber.

Alternatively, an embodiment of a four-chamber sachet (FIG. 6) may be used, which is of convenience and practicality for preparing various drinks. For example, strong and nutritious coffee or cocoa with the addition of powdered sugar and milk or cream is sufficient. In such an embodiment, the two outer chambers contain one main product (for example, coffee, cocoa), and the two inner chambers contain powdered sugar in one and the powdered milk or cream in the second chamber. Or, in an embodiment for the production of a tea bag, tea is placed in various compositions in external compositions as the main product, and in the internal chambers, a herbal supplement, or in one of these

the cells contain a herbal supplement, and sugar in the other, etc. At the same time, it is also possible to independently use any pair of camera bags.

Thus, the proposed design features of convenient and practical packaging of the food product, which have additional design and operational solutions, contribute to the expansion of offers in the market of instant drinks by increasing the variability of the structure of the brewed substances and their dosing, contribute to increasing the efficiency and intensification of the extraction process, and thereby - saving food resources. As well as the introduction of combinatorics of use that satisfies a variety of consumer needs, in combination with design features, they provide competitive advantages for the product and increase its ability to respond to changes in market conditions.

The presented packaging options and implementation examples do not limit the possibility of using this proposal.

Packaging of single-brewed products for the preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them, characterized in that it includes a bag of flexible moisture-permeable material with a metered portion of extractable substance placed in it, made in the form of a bag of mainly rectangular or square geometric shape, folded with the formation of at least two hermetically sealed chambers, separated by a seam, providing the possibility of their separation and independent use, with cameras defining the outer borders of the bag, or cameras, intended for possible independent use, to which the threads with indicating tags are attached, have an additional connection along the upper edges with the remaining possibility of separation. 2.
