Abstract

The floor collection tank of the sanitary-hygienic block, for example, a mobile household block container, contains a housing (1) formed by a bottom (2) and a lid (3), interconnected along the perimeter by the side walls (4). In the lower part of the housing (1) there is a pipe (5) for emptying the cavity of the collecting tank. The middle part of the cover (3) of the housing (1) is made in the form of a removable panel (6) with a drain formed in it (9) and a water lock (10) and is located below the side parts (7), (8) installed to it with a slope. One of the side parts (7) of the lid (3) is made with a platform (14) for installing a toilet (15), and the second (8) has an opening (16) for communicating the cavity of the collection tank with the outlet (17) of the washbasin (18). Description

The utility model relates to sanitary equipment intended for the collection and disposal of wastewater in sanitary-hygienic units equipped with a toilet, shower and washbasin.

Such sanitary-hygienic blocks can be equipped with vehicles (passenger cars [1], cars [2]), as well as inventory buildings for various purposes, for example, mobile household block containers [3].

A sanitary-hygienic block is already known, equipped with a floor collecting tank made in the form of a flat container, the body of which is formed by a bottom and a lid, interconnected by side walls. The casing of the collection tank repeats in plan view the shape of the sanitary-hygienic block in plan and has a hole for communicating its cavity with the outlet of the washbasin, a drain (gangway) with a water trap for draining water from the shower is formed on its lid, and a pipe is located in the lower part of the casing in communication with the sewer pipeline [4].

The well-known floor tank-collector is compact, conveniently compiled in a sanitary-hygienic unit, reliably functions in various operating conditions, combining the functions of a pallet and a tank-collector. However he is not very

convenient to use, as for thorough washing and disinfection, as well as in case of clogging, it must be removed from the sanitary-hygienic unit, which is quite difficult and time-consuming.

The technical result that can be achieved by implementing the utility model is to increase operating convenience while observing sanitary standards by providing access to the collection tank without removing it from the sanitary unit.

The specified technical result can be achieved due to the fact that in the floor tank-collector of the sanitary-hygienic block, comprising a housing formed by a bottom and a lid, interconnected by side walls, an opening made in the housing for communication with the outlet of the washbasin, formed on the lid and provided a drain plug (gangway) for draining water from the shower, as well as a nozzle located in the lower part of the housing for emptying the collection tank, the middle part of the housing cover is proposed, corresponding to the shower zone, in the form of a removable panel with a drain and a water seal located in it, position it below the side parts installed with a slope to the middle part, provide one of the side parts with a reinforced platform for installing the toilet, and in the second side part of the cover make a hole for communicating the cavity of the collection tank with the outlet of the washbasin.

A removable panel may have a grill made, for example, of wood, and the body of the collection tank may be made of stainless steel or fiberglass.

The floor collection tank of the sanitary-hygienic block comprises a housing 1 formed by a bottom 2 and a cover 3.

The bottom 2 and the cover 3 are connected along the entire circuit, repeating the contour of the sanitary-hygienic block in the top view, the side walls 4.

The cover 3 of the housing 1 has three sections (see figure 2). The middle part of the cover is made in the form of a removable panel 6 located above the bottom 2 below the side parts 7 and 8.

In the removable panel 6, a drain 9 is formed with a water lock 10, designed to drain water from the shower 11.

The removable panel 6 is attached to the housing 1 by a detachable connection, for example, by threaded elements 12, and a grill 13 is mounted on top of it.

The lateral parts 7 and 8 are rigidly and permanently connected to the side walls 4 and are installed with a slope towards the removable panel 6, providing a flow of water to the drain 9.

On the side part 7 of the cover 3, a platform 14 is formed for installing the toilet 15 (for example, a cassette dry closet), and in the side part 8 a hole 16 is made through which the cavity of the collection tank communicates with the outlet 17 of the washbasin 18.

For fastening in the sanitary-hygienic block and sealing the gaps, the housing 1 of the collection tank can have flanges 19 located along its perimeter, and inside the cavity they increase the rigidity of the housing 1 and the damping vibrations of the liquid of the partition 20.

The housing 1 can be made of various structural materials, in particular, welded stainless steel or fiberglass by molding.

The grating 13 mounted on the removable panel 6 can be made of wood or plastic.

The execution of the cover 3 of the housing 1 of the tank-collector, which also functions as a pallet, with a removable panel 6 provides quick and easy access to the tank-collector for washing, disinfection or in case of clogging.

Floor tank-collection of the sanitary-hygienic block, comprising a housing formed by a bottom and a lid, interconnected by perimeter side walls, openings in the housing for communicating the cavity of the collecting tank with the outlet of the washbasin and for draining the shower and located in the lower part of the housing, a pipe for emptying the collection tank, characterized in that the middle part of the housing cover, corresponding to the location of the shower area, is made in the form of a removable panel with a drain and a water seal formed in it and located below the side parts installed with a slope to the middle part, while one of the side parts is equipped with a platform for installing a toilet, and in the second side part of the lid there is a hole for communicating the cavity of the collecting tank with the inlet of the washbasin. 2. The floor collecting tank according to claim 1, characterized in that a grate is installed on the removable panel. 3.
