The utility model relates to containers for food. The container is intended for packaging, storage and transportation of food products.
90°.A known container for food products (patent for utility model 29038, IPC B65D 1/00, on. 2003.04.27), made of polymers by injection molding and made in the form of a box. The upper edge of the box has an outer flange of a U-shape. At the same time, the flanging of the side walls contains a curly indentation directed inward to place the bottom of the box of the higher container when it is stacked. The flanging of the end walls is made with an outwardly directed recess for hand grip. Moreover, the vertical ribs of the side walls are made conical, extended to the top, and the lower parts are made in the form of outwardly directed protrusions. The protrusions during stacking are included in the figured recesses of the flanging of the side walls of the lower container, for which the upper container must be rotated 90 ° relative to the lower one.
The closest in essence to the claimed utility model is a can for food products (RF patent for utility model 40300, IPC B65D 1/00, on. 2004.09.10, prototype) containing a molded container, the body of which is made of a polymeric material in the form of a body rotation. The upper edge of the housing is flanged to the outside, and the lid associated with the flanged edge of the housing. The upper part of the body is made in the form of an annular cylindrical protrusion. Flanging is made in the form of an annular flange located on a cylindrical protrusion. The can is made with the possibility of stacking the casings during storage by inserting the same casings on top of each other, and in the stack the support for the cylindrical protrusion of each upper can is the flange of the adjacent lower can.
The general disadvantages of the known devices include the following. The constructions of the known technical solutions are made with the possibility of stacking the cases by inserting the same type of buildings on top of each other only for the purpose of storing food products; it is impossible to transport them in this form. The forms of the container itself (this is a shape in the form of a box, in the form of a cylindrical body of revolution) are inconvenient to operate in cases where liquids are used as food products.
The proposed utility model is aimed at eliminating the above disadvantages of the known technical solutions and from its use can be obtained
следующий технический результат: повышение удобства пользования и надежности тары при хранении пищевых продуктов и транспортировании.the following technical result: improving the usability and reliability of containers during food storage and transportation.
This is achieved by the fact that the packaging for food products consists of containers, for example, bottles, cans, assembled together so that each subsequent container is installed on the previous container by placing the neck of the lower container in the recess formed in the bottom of the upper container. At the same time, the neck of the container is the supporting base, and the recess serves as a gripping element, which increases the usability of the device. The collected containers are rolled up into a shell made, for example, of a plastic film, having previously placed horizontal tapes between the containers, to separate the containers from each other, without removing the entire packaging film.
