Abstract

The task in creating the utility model was to develop a shelf for rooms, mainly for bathrooms, and the technical result was the ability to control the length of the shelf and the reliability of its fastening between the walls of the room. In the claimed shelf, the beams 1 are interconnected by couplers 2. The couplers are connected to the beams by screws 3, screwed into the bushings 4, pressed into the ends of the couplers 2. The crossbars 5 are inserted into the holes of the beams 1. The shelf usually consists of two halves A and B. In the preferred embodiment from the end of the beam 1 of half A, a metal screw sleeve 13 is mounted on which the adjustment mechanism 6 is mounted. The adjustment mechanism consists of a handle 7, a washer 8 and the support 9 itself with a cover 10. The handle 7 is mounted on the rod 11 with a pin 12. From the end of the beam 1 half B a plastic sleeve 14 is installed with a pressed-in nut 15, into which a housing 17 with a cover 10 is mounted using a screw 16. Halves A and B are connected, if necessary, with an extension 19. The closest in design and functional use relative to the inventive shelf is a structure containing a bearing part and fastening elements (1).

The task in creating the utility model was the development of a shelf for rooms, mainly for bathrooms, and the technical result was the ability to control the length of the shelf and the reliability of its fastening between the walls of the room.

For this, a shelf is proposed that contains a bearing part and fastening elements, characterized in that the bearing part is made in the form of a ladder or a lattice formed by beams with ties and crossbars, fastening elements are made in the form of supports at the ends of the beams, the supports are connected to the shelf adjustment mechanism along the length including a handle rotatable.

The shelf is characterized in that it consists of two halves connected by an adapter located at the end of one of the halves.

The shelf is also characterized in that it contains an extension cord mounted on an adapter.

The shelf is also characterized in that the support is made with a lid at the end.

The shelf is assembled as follows:

- without extension 20, halves A and B are connected so that the adapters 18 of half B are fully inserted into the beams 1 of half A;

- with an extension 20 on the adapters 18, the extenders 19 are fully inserted, and the halves A and B are connected so that the adapters of the extensions 20 are inserted all the way into the beams 1 of half A.

Before installing the shelves, for example, in the bathroom, measure the distance between the walls in that place, install. Exhibited on a shelf using the adjustment mechanism 6, or rather, by turning the handle 7, a size known to be smaller by 5-10 mm. Raise the shelf to the desired height, roughly aligning it horizontally. They begin to rotate one of the handles 7 until the cover 10 of the support 9 rests against the wall (but not maximally). The second handle 7 is rotated until the lid also abuts against the wall. After aligning the shelves, both handles are screwed as far as possible.

The general view of the product (Fig. 1), in other words, is: a shelf containing a bearing part and fastening elements, characterized in that the bearing part is made in the form of a ladder or a lattice (not shown in the drawing) formed by beams 1 with ties 2 and the crossbars 5, the fastening elements are made in the form of supports 9 at the ends of the beams, the supports are connected to the adjustment mechanism 6 along the length, including a handle 7 made for rotation.

The shelf is securely fixed between the walls of the room.

Beams 1 can be made of an electric-welded thin-walled pipe with a diameter of 20 mm., Couplers - from an electric-welded thin-walled pipe with a diameter of 12 mm, crossbars 5 - from a metal bar with a diameter of 5 mm. Metal parts are chrome plated. Actually, the supports 9 and the housing 17 can be made of polypropylene, the covers 10, which are used for cushioning with the walls of the room, are made of plastic. All plastic parts have a glossy finish.
