Abstract
The claimed technical solution relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to electrothermal devices with an active-inductive load and schemes for connecting them to an AC voltage source, in particular, can be used to provide a method of methodical heating with a constant surface temperature (accelerated heating), a mode with a change power according to a special program (optimal heating modes), as well as gradient heating mode.
Until now, special modes of through heating have been realized due to the uneven distribution of specific power along the length of the multi-turn inductor due to the uneven step of winding the multi-turn inductor. The disadvantage of such induction plants is the inability to control the heating mode. Typically, the winding pitch of the inductor changes in steps. The number of steps does not exceed four, and most often are limited to three, in some cases, two steps. Therefore, they can only be used in serial production for heating the same type of workpieces subject to strict adherence to the nominal operating mode.
The proposed technical solution proposes a solution to the problem of creating an end-to-end induction heating installation, which will provide an uneven distribution of the specific power transmitted to the load during the heating cycle, and at the same time, it will be possible to adjust the distribution of the specific power depending on the given heating mode and loading parameters. This is realized by creating additional resonant circuits, which allows you to redistribute the value of specific power along the length of the induction installation.
Description
The claimed technical solution relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to electrothermal devices with an active-inductive load and schemes for connecting them to an AC voltage source, in particular, can be used to provide a method of methodical heating with a constant surface temperature (accelerated heating), a mode with a change power according to a special program (optimal heating modes), as well as gradient heating mode.
Induction plants are known for accelerated methodical heating before pressure treatment, in which the active power released in the load in the initial section is much greater than in subsequent sections (Sukhotsky A.E., Ryskin S.E. Inductors for induction heating. L., “ Energy ”, 1974). This is achieved by the uneven distribution of the linear current load along the length of the inductor due to the stepwise change in the width of the induction wire and the winding pitch. This ensures rapid heating of the surface layer of the load to a given final temperature. A significant temperature difference and, accordingly, a large heat flux between the surface and the loading center contributes to the rapid heating of its inner layers. After the charge is advanced in the inductor in subsequent positions, the power supplied to it is reduced so that the surface temperature remains constant and equal to the final value. Thus, it is possible to significantly reduce the heating time of the load to a final temperature at a given temperature difference between the surface and the center.
The unevenness of the current load is also used to create the optimal heating mode. Changing the power released in the workpiece during heating, allows to achieve the smallest difference
Кроме того, подобным образом может быть обеспечено заданное технологическими требованиями неравномерное распределение температуры по длине слитка в конце нагрева, то есть режим градиентного нагрева.temperature over the cross section of the workpiece at the end of heating. In addition, in a similar way, an uneven temperature distribution along the length of the ingot at the end of heating, that is, a gradient heating mode, can be achieved, specified by the technological requirements.
A disadvantage of the described induction plants is the inability to control the heating mode. Typically, the winding pitch of the inductor changes in steps. The number of steps does not exceed four, and most often are limited to three, in some cases, two steps. Therefore, they can only be used in serial production for heating the same type of workpieces subject to strict adherence to the nominal operating mode.
Однако эта конструкция индукционной установки сквозного нагрева не позволяет реализовать режимы нагрева, которые обычно осуществляются за счет непостоянной удельной мощности, передаваемой в загрузку в течение цикла нагрева, чего можно добиться при неравномерной плотности витков по длине индуктора (количество витков на единицу длины).Closest to the claimed device is an induction installation of through heating, containing an oscillating circuit formed in parallel by a capacitor bank and a multi-turn inductor with coils uniformly distributed along the length (Shamov A.N., Bodazhkov V.A. Design and operation of high-frequency installations. Edition. 2 -th, add. And revised L., "Engineering", 1974). The main advantage of this design is that it can be used to heat workpieces that are close in diameter but most diverse in length. However, this design of the end-to-end induction heating installation does not allow the heating modes to be realized, which are usually carried out due to the inconsistent specific power transmitted to the load during the heating cycle, which can be achieved with an uneven density of turns along the length of the inductor (number of turns per unit length).
The technical solution is based on the task of creating an induction installation of through heating, which will ensure uneven distribution of the specific power transmitted to the load during the heating cycle and at the same time allow to regulate
распределение удельной мощности в зависимости от заданного режима нагрева и параметров загрузки.power density distribution depending on a given heating mode and loading parameters.
The problem is solved in that the induction installation of through heating, containing an oscillatory circuit formed by a capacitor bank and a multi-turn inductor with coils uniformly distributed along the length, according to the invention, the multi-turn inductor is divided into several steps, limited along the entire length of the multi-turn inductor of the electrical leads, parallel to the electrical terminals at the input (output) of the multi-turn inductor and the electrical terminal at the output (input) of each of the stages are included Asti capacitor bank, wherein the length of the steps and capacity of the respective parts capacitor banks are selected so as to provide a predetermined stepwise increase (decrease) of power density along the length of multiturn inductor.
Figure 1 presents a sketch of an induction installation of through heating with a circuit for connecting to an AC voltage source; figure 2 - electrical equivalent circuit of the induction installation through heating; figure 3 is a vector diagram of the currents and voltages of the induction installation of through heating.
The induction installation of through heating contains a multi-coil inductor 1 with coils evenly distributed along its length (Fig. 1). The multi-turn inductor 1 is divided into several stages, limited by the electrical leads made over its entire length 2. In this case, the multi-turn inductor is a three-stage 1, 1 '', 1 '', since this case is most common. However, the number of steps can be any and is selected based on the requirements of the loading heating technology. Battery parts 2 are connected to the electrical terminal 2 at the output of the multi-turn inductor 1 and the electrical terminals 2 at the input of each of the stages of the multi-turn inductor
4.capacitors 3 ', 3'',3''' with capacitances of the parts of the battery of capacitors x 3 ', x 3 '', x 3 ''' (figure 2). Inside the inductor is load 4.
When applying to the electrical terminals 2 at the input and output of the multi-turn inductor 1 of an alternating voltage in the elements of the induction installation of through heating, alternating electric currents arise. In the case under consideration, it is assumed that the active resistances of the sections (r 1 ', r 1 '',r' 1 ''} are much less than the reactance (x 1 ', x 1 '', x 1 '''). capacitors x 3 ', x 3 '', x 3 ''' such that the magnitude of the current in each subsequent section of the multi-turn inductor was the sum of the current in the previous section and the current of the part of the capacitor bank connected in parallel to the electrical terminal between the sections and the electrical terminal multi-turn inductor output (I 1 '''= I 1 ''+ (I c '''), I 1 '' = I 1 '+ (- I s '') , I 1 '= I + (- I s ')). Thus, as can be seen from the vector diagram in figure 3 I 1 ''> I 1 ''> I 1 '. This means that in the load 4 in length is observed uneven stepwise distribution of specific power, which allows for special technological modes of through heating. In addition, the same design of an induction through heating system can provide various technological requirements for the heating mode, because it allows you to change the number of sections, their length and capacity of the parts of the capacitor bank .
