The third part of the trunk-like element is an insert repeating the configuration of the chest 4 (Fig. 2), chest and humerus and abdomen 4a (Fig. 5, 6). The third part is cut out taking into account the gender of the animal and in accordance with the size range “boy-girl” within each breed. Element 4a of this part has an opening 5 in the tail region for meeting the natural needs of the animal, and in overalls for “girls” this opening is larger than in overalls for “boys”. In addition, in overalls for "boys", element 4a consists of two parts 6 and 6a (Fig. 6),

The torso-shaped element has an opening for the head, equipped with a collar 10 (Fig. 1-6,11), made of double knitted fabric and providing soft fixation of overalls on the neck, as well as self-regulation according to the size of the dog’s neck, without restricting movements and without causing scuffs.

The jumpsuit is fixed on the back of the animal with a detachable clasp, namely a zipper, Velcro, buttons, and self-snaps. At the same time, a double strap 11 (Fig. 7.12) 3-4 cm wide is attached to the left side 1 of the trunk-like element along the back under the detachable clasp, which eliminates rubbing the back of the animal with the clasp, and also avoids the wool getting into the zipper.

To ensure a reliable fit of the overalls, especially for “boys” and at the same time to keep the overalls clean when urinating, the wide soft elastic band 12 is attached from the inside to the larger transverse side 9 (Fig. 6) of the opening 7 in its middle “R” (Fig. 1,2) , which is fixed directly on the back of the animal on a button with a loop to the main fastener and under it.

The authors of the utility model, conducting metric studies of different breeds of dogs and mestizos, approved a standard scheme of 14 measurements (measurements) taken from the animal, based on which patterns were developed for more than 70 dog breeds taking into account the size range and sex of the animal. Based on the measurements, three / four parts (Figs. 8, 9, 10) of the main body-like element of the overalls are cut out taking into account the peculiarities of the anatomical structure of the body of the animal and its sex.

In FIG. Figure 8 shows that the pattern of the lateral part 1 of the overalls has sections of a lekal form at the place 13 of the pair of legs of the forelimbs 2 with the elements of the breast-abdomen pattern (under the arm) and at the place of 14 pair of legs of the hind legs 3 with the abdomen (in the groin). Depending on the functionality of the clothes, the authors of the utility model offer the following types of overalls for dogs:

- from raincoat fabric (with waterproof impregnation) without lining - “raincoat” for the rainy season in the non-cold season;

- from raincoat fabric with impregnation on a lining of cotton fabrics (chintz, flannel) or natural silk - for dirty weather in the off-season;

- from raincoat fabric with impregnation, insulated with a fleece or polyartek lining, - for cold weather;

- from faux fur or fur velor, insulated with a fleece lining, - to protect from frost;

- from cotton fabrics (chintz, calico, linen, flannel, thin velveteen) with a fastener on buttons or on a zipper / Velcro - “bathrobe” for use by pregnant and lactating bitches and to protect the dog from dust and burdock in summer, and also - to protect upholstered furniture and carpets from animal hair during molting;

- from natural silk without a collar with a button closure - for additional care for yokshire terriers and shih tzu (after applying special cosmetics to the wool).

Lattice grips made of the same material as overalls can be sewn onto overalls for dogs of small breeds, which encircle the body of the animal and serve to carry it, for example, through part of the road, through puddles, etc.

For convenience, walking dogs at dusk and in the dark (this is especially true for dog owners with low vision) on overalls in the back (on either side of the fastener or at least on one side of it) it is advisable to sew reflective strips 19 (Fig. 13 ) in the form of a triangle or other decorative elements (triangles, stripes, circles, etc.) from reflective fabric. Reflective strips can also be sewn in the form of “stripes”: along the outer sides of the legs of both the front and rear limbs.
