Abstract

Универсальный смеситель-нагнетатель бетона предназначен для применения в строительстве. В частности - для использования на строительных объектах различного назначения для приготовления пенобетона и жестких растворов и подачи готовой продукции к месту назначения. Известны установки для приготовления отдельно жестких растворов, и установки для приготовления только пенобетона. Целью предлагаемого решения является создание универсальной установки, пригодной для приготовления как жестких растворов, так и пенобетона. Достигается поставленная задача путем размещения между смежными сторонами бронированных плит, используемых для футеровки бака смесителя в установке для приготовления жестких растворов, эластичного полого элемента для аэрации бетона, в качестве которых применяются резиновые шланги, в стенках которых проделаны микроотверстия.The universal mixer-concrete blower is designed for use in construction. В состав установки также входит система подачи сжатого воздуха для аэрирования раствора посредством эластичного полого элемента с обратимой деформацией (резинового шланга), в стенках которого сделаны микроотверстия.
