Комплект оборудования включает в себя, печь 1 для нагрева профилей, монтажный стол 2, переставляемые упоры 3 с вакуумными присосками, кондуктор, состоящий из двух слоев: металлической ленты 4, деревянных накладок на фторопластовой ленте 5. Профиль 6 заполняется сыпучим теплопроводным и теплостойким стеклянным материалом 7, помещается в середину печи 1 для разогрева, в это время на стол устанавливаются переставляемые упоры 3 и на них металлической лентой укладывается кондуктор 4, образуя универсальный шаблон заданной кривизны. Разогретый профиль 6 вынимается из печи 1, укладывается на монтажный стол 2, огибается вокруг кондуктора 4, плотно подтягивается, а его концы фиксируются струбцинами (на рисунке не показаны).The set of equipment includes a furnace 1 for heating profiles, a mounting table 2, rearranged stops 3 with vacuum suction cups, a conductor consisting of two layers: a metal tape 4, wooden plates on a fluoroplastic tape 5. Применение данного комплекта оборудования позволяет упростить монтаж универсального кондуктора заданной кривизны, снизить расход электроэнергии в 2-3 раза за счет значительно более низкой температуры нагревателей, а также устранить риск порчи профилей при нагреве и гибке, что делает технологию безотходной.The use of this set of equipment makes it possible to simplify the installation of a universal conductor of a given curvature, reduce energy consumption by 2–3 times due to the significantly lower temperature of the heaters, and also eliminate the risk of damage to profiles during heating and bending, which makes the technology waste-free.

Claims

1. A set of equipment for bending products from plastic profiles, including a table, a furnace for heating profiles and a conductor, consisting of two layers: a metal tape and wooden plates on a fluoroplastic tape, characterized in that the template for bending a heated profile is mounted using the ones installed on the table rearranged stops with vacuum suction cups on which a tape conductor is laid with a metal tape, and a loose heat-resistant and heat-conducting glass mat is used as a filler for the profile chambers IAL.
