Description
The absorbing panel should provide the following technical result: - reliable heat transfer from a horizontal surface to vertical ribs, - the possibility of mass production on conventional equipment of ordinary engineering enterprises. Obtaining from the prototype the fully required technical result (the possibility of mass production at ordinary engineering enterprises) is hindered by the fact that for the manufacture of monolithic silver-plated panels, unique equipment is required that conventional engineering enterprises do not have. Obtaining the required technical result is ensured by the claimed model, the essence of which is determined by the following set of essential features: the absorbing panel consists of the same constituent elements, which: are made of sheet metal, have a cross section in the form of a right angle and are connected to each other on horizontal overlap surfaces (for example, by contact welding) so that their vertical surfaces form downward parallel to each other longitudinal ribs with the same pitch. The inventive model provides perfect heat transfer from a horizontal surface to vertical ribs, because each component is made of a single piece of sheet metal, and since it’s enough to have ordinary guillotine shears and a press for sheet bending to make the composite elements of the panel, and to weld the absorbing panel from the elements, you need a conventional contact welding machine, the claimed model provides mass production of panels on conventional machine-building enterprises, as a rule, having the indicated equipment.
The manufacture and testing of collectors with the inventive absorbing panels showed that they provide reliable heat transfer from the sun-absorbing (horizontal) surface to the ribs, and in their manufacture technological processes and equipment are used that enable mass production at ordinary engineering enterprises.
The drawing illustrating the description of the utility model shows:
на фиг.1 - чертеж заявляемой модели,figure 1 is a drawing of the inventive model,
2 - поглощающая панель в составе солнечного воздушного коллектора и принцип ее работы.in FIG. 2 - absorbing panel in the composition of the solar air collector and the principle of its operation.
The inventive model 1 consists of elements 2, which are made of sheet metal, have a cross section in the form of a right angle, overlap each other on horizontal surfaces by contact welding, with the vertical sides of the elements pointing down and are longitudinal ribs with the same pitch.
4.The horizontal internal surfaces of the elements, the ribs and the rear heat insulator 3 form channels into which air flows 4 enter under the influence of a fan or natural circulation.
Transparent insulation (glass) 5 easily transmits short waves of solar radiation 6 and prevents the removal of long heat waves from the heating panel to the outside, so in the gap between the panel and transparent insulation there is a greenhouse effect, due to which the horizontal surface of the panel is heated to a temperature significantly higher than the ambient temperature Wednesday. Heat from a horizontal surface is transferred to the ribs. Air moving through the channels comes into contact with the hot surfaces of the elements and heats up.
Heated air is used as a coolant for space heating or hot water supply of various objects.
Practical implementation (manufacturing) of the claimed model is achieved by conventional methods of cutting, cold bending and resistance welding of sheet metals.
