Задача полезной модели достигается за счет того, что стенд для подвешивания и демонстрации различного товара, содержащий панель, по меньшей мере, один кронштейн и навесной элемент для размещения товара, связанный с кронштейном, снабжен каркасом и но меньшей мере двумя зацепами с загнутыми концами, причем панель перфорирована и может иметь отверстия различной формы (например: круглые, овальные, прямоугольные и т. д. и т. п.), и закреплена на каркасе, кронштейн выполнен с упором, а зацепы соединены между собой опорной перемычкой, причем концы зацепов размещены в отверстиях панели и оперты на внутреннюю поверхность последней, кронштейн оперт на опорную перемычку, упор кронштейна заведен между опорной перемычкой и панелью и оперт на внешнюю поверхность последней, а концы зацепов и упора направлены в противоположные стороны. Зацепы могут быть выполнены из цилиндрического прутка. Стенд может быть дополнительно снабжен стойкой, связанной с каркасом. Панель может быть выполнена из металла. Панель может быть выполнена различных цветов. Панель может быть снабжена рекламно-информационным носителем. Павесной элемент может быть выполнен в виде вешалки для шляп.
