The utility model relates to devices for the production of decorative products, mainly cement-sand, concrete, gypsum.

A known form for the manufacture of decorative marbled tiles, consisting of a base, side walls, fastening elements 1. This form is structurally complex.

Also known is a detachable form comprising a pallet, side and end walls, a clamping screw 2.

In known forms for creating a relief on the surface of products, a relief-forming material is preliminarily placed on a pallet, in particular, ropes 1 are laid without fixation, which creates certain inconveniences and reduces labor productivity.

The objective of the utility model is to obtain the textured surface of the molded products while ensuring the convenience of the form in operation.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the detachable form contains a pallet, side and end walls, a clamping screw, and the pallet is equipped with at least one element for securing the relieo-forming material. The element for securing the material-forming material is made in the form of a screw with a loop and is located in the useful volume of the mold. A hole for installing a screw with a loop is made in the pallet. The screw has a hole for the loop.

In the useful volume of the form, a removable (any size) loop is installed in the hole 8 (round or other shape) of the screw 9 and is clamped by turning the screw. To obtain products without an imprint of the relief-forming material, the screw is installed flush with the surface of the pallet (Fig. 5). When using a thin relief-forming material (for example, threads), the element 5 can be located outside the useful volume of the form (Fig. 1) so as not to create an undesirable imprint (from element 5) on the surface of the product.

From the pallet 1, the side walls 2, the end walls 3, the mold is assembled by means of a clamping screw 4. At least one element 5 is secured with a relief-forming material (threads, cord, rope, if necessary, impregnated with machine oil or dye), which are introduced into the useful volume of the mold. To do this, the relief-forming material 6 is fixed on the pallet with the hole 7 using a loop installed, for example, in the hole 8 of the screw 9. The mold (lubricated with machine oil) is filled with cement-sand or concrete mixture, or with gypsum dough. The contents of the form are sealed, for example, on a vibrating belt; adka and left to harden. The resulting finished product with a textured surface is removed from the mold, while the threads fixed by the elements 5, the cord or rope are easily separated from its surface. When repeating the operation of forming the product, the threads, cord, rope are not removed from element 5 and can be used repeatedly until they are worn.
