Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing biofuels from waste of plant origin, in particular to the production of pellets from winemaking waste, and can be used in the fuel industry and for municipal needs for recycling biological material in the form of plant residues and waste from the wine industry.
21.08.2017 г. №24).There is a known method for the production of solid fuel, which involves mixing material of plant origin and a binder, while rapeseed husks and cake are used as a binder, and material of plant origin includes crop residues of grain crops, crushed stalks of corn and sunflower, tree branches of poplar, alder, willow, Moreover, corn stalks and tree branches are crushed to a particle size of 10 mm, and sunflower stalks to a size of 3 mm, while it is made in the form of pellets (RF Patent No. 2628614, published on August 21, 2017, Bulletin No. 24).
The disadvantage of this method is the low consumer characteristics of the resulting pellets, as well as the complexity of the manufacturing process.
28-29).There is a known method for producing fuel briquettes, which includes drying and mixing crushed brown coal and hydrolytic lignin (residual moisture content of the mixture 3.3) in quantities of 25 and 50 wt. and subsequent briquetting at a specific pressure of 80-120 MPa (Cholev I.P. et al. Preparation of fuel briquettes from hydrolytic lignin. Hydrolysis and forest chemical industry, 1975, No. 3, pp. 28-29).
Недостатком этого способа является его ориентированность на использование в качестве сырья бурого угля и гидролизного лигнина, низкая экологичность в виду высокого загрязнения окружающей среды продуктами горения, а также длительность процесса сушки смеси (до 45 мин).The disadvantage of this method is its focus on the use of brown coal and hydrolytic lignin as raw materials, low environmental friendliness due to high environmental pollution with combustion products, as well as the duration of the drying process of the mixture (up to 45 minutes).
The objective of the claimed invention is to expand the arsenal of methods for producing pellets from plant waste, in particular winemaking waste.
The technical result of the invention is the implementation of a method for producing pellets from plant waste, in particular winemaking waste, which reduces the environmental load and improves the consumer qualities of the pellets.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of producing pellets includes grinding plant materials, moistening them and molding them. In this case, waste from the wine industry, namely skins, seeds, and stems of grapes, is used as plant raw materials. Grinding of raw materials is carried out to a particle size of 1.0-1.3 mm, moistening of the crushed raw materials is carried out to a moisture content of 8-12%, molding is carried out by pressing crushed raw materials with a moisture content of 8-12% through the matrix at a pressure of 92-110 MPa and temperature 250-300°C, and subsequent cutting into cylindrical granules.
The molding of crushed raw materials with a humidity of 8-12% at a temperature of 250-300°C has a significant impact on the quality characteristics of pellets, due to the fact that lignin and resins in the crushed raw materials are a natural adhesive material that, under pressure, qualitatively glues particles of raw materials into granules, then When drying to a moisture content of less than 8%, the gluing of raw materials is poor, and above 12% is impractical, since the pellets crumble and the cost of production increases.
The problem solved by the invention is the development of the production of pellets from winemaking waste (skins, seeds, combs), which makes it possible to utilize winemaking waste, reduce the duration of the process and loss of raw materials, and also obtain environmentally friendly biofuel.
The resulting environmentally friendly fuel is characterized by a humidity of 8-12% (while ordinary firewood is at least 30%) and a density of 1300-1500 kg/m 3 , which allows for high heat transfer in comparison with firewood and other pellets and granules from vegetable matter. raw materials.
Figure 1 shows a flowchart for the production of pellets from waste from the wine industry.
The claimed method for producing pellets is carried out as follows: waste from the wine industry (skins, seeds, ridges) 1 is crushed using a crushing mill (1.0-1.5 mm) 2 and then sent for moisture adjustment by humidification to a moisture content of 8-12% by supplying steam or water to mixer 3. It should be noted that if the raw material is very dry (humidity less than 8%), then the gluing of the raw material in the press granulator will be poor. After the moisture content of the raw material is adjusted, it enters the press granulator 4, where pellets are formed. In it, under a press pressure of 92-110 MPa and a temperature of 250-300°C, the raw material is pressed through a matrix with a mesh size of 5-10 mm, passing through which the dust sticks together into cylindrical granules. The resins and lingin contained in the crushed pomace are a natural adhesive material. This glue, under high pressure and temperature, qualitatively glues particles of raw materials into granules. Next, the stationary knife of the granulator cuts the finished material squeezed out of the matrix into granules of size - length 10-30 mm, width 6-10 mm. Next, the pellet granules entering the cooling column 5 are blown with air from a fan, which “sucks” hot air from the granules and captures the non-granulated crushed pomace, as a result of which they are cooled by the air flow to a temperature of 70-80°C. The hot air is removed into the atmosphere, and the flour into the cyclone.
Конечный этап производства топливных гранул - упаковка гранулированных пеллетов в мешки и отгрузка на склад готовой продукции 7 (10 кг, 25 кг, 50 кг, 250 кг, 500 кг).Next, the granules are sent for packaging through dispenser scales 6. The final stage of production of fuel pellets is packaging of granulated pellets in bags and shipment to the finished product warehouse 7 (10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg).
54192-2010.The determination of the mass fraction of moisture in pellets was carried out according to GOST R 54186-2010 and GOST R 54192-2010.
54185-2010.The determination of ash content was carried out according to GOST R 54185-2010.
The mechanical strength of wood pellets was determined by the dropping method, the abrasion of granules, an indicator that affects the condition of the granules after their transportation to the consumer, was determined by testing samples of granules in a rotating drum.
54190-2010.The fine fraction content was determined by finding the pellet sizes in accordance with GOST R 54188-2010, GOST R 54189-2010, GOST R 54190-2010.
54191-2010.The bulk density of pellets was determined in accordance with GOST 54191-2010.
Гидролиз и лесохимическая промышленность, 1975, N 3, с. 28-29 (аналог 2)The physico-chemical properties of fuel pellets (Consumer qualities of pellets) are presented in Table 1. For comparison, the table shows the characteristics of fuel pellets manufactured in accordance with RF Patent No. 2628614, pub. 08/21/2017 Bulletin No. 24 (analogue 1) and a method for producing fuel briquettes from hydrolytic lignin. Hydrolysis and forest chemical industry, 1975, No. 3, p. 28-29 (analogue 2)
Thus, the implementation of the claimed invention makes it possible to expand the arsenal of methods for producing pellets and makes it possible to obtain a product that has an environmental advantage and improved consumer qualities.
