Abstract
Description
Устройство позволяет оперативно управлять скоростью выведения спутника на орбиту из транспортно-пускового контейнера (ТПК).The invention relates to space technology, namely to devices for transporting and launching satellites of the CubeSat standard. The device allows you to quickly control the speed of launching a satellite into orbit from a transport and launch container (TPC).
It is known from the prior art that spring pushers, such as those presented in RU 2558957 C1, RU 2786090 C1 and US 9415883 B2, are often used to push the satellite out of the transport and launch container. Satellites placed inside such transport and launch containers are pushed out by the action of springs on them, after the electromechanical shutters are activated and the container lids are opened. However, with this pushing method, it is impossible to quickly control the speed of putting the satellite into orbit, as a result of which the satellite is forced to stabilize its position after separation from the TPV for a long time.
There is also a known method for pushing satellites out of a transport and launch container, presented in “Magnetic-pulse drive for controlled separation of a nanosatellite” / 4 and “Controlled separation of nanosatellites using a pulsed magnetic field” / 5, which consists in the use of a magnetic-pulse drive using a pulsed magnetic field created by the discharge of a capacitive energy storage device onto an inductor. The discharge energy in the inductor is converted into pulse pressure, which acts on the satellite with the intensity necessary for its separation. The disadvantage of this method of ejecting the satellite from the TPC is that the pulsed magnetic field can negatively affect the electronic components of the satellite, so there is a need to shield them, which in turn can lead to an increase in the mass of the satellite.
Patent RU 2215235 C1 presents a device for dispensing compressed gas, which can be used to push a satellite out of a TPC. This method involves the integration of both the device itself and cylinders containing compressed gas into the transport and launch container. The disadvantage of this method is the need to design the transport and launch container taking into account the location of the compressed gas dispensing device and the cylinder with it, which leads to an increase in the weight and size characteristics of the TPK. In addition, during the delivery of a satellite in such a TPC into orbit, gases may be released from the cylinders during exposure to strong vibration-dynamic loads, the source of which is the launch vehicle. This could ultimately affect the satellite's ejection rate.
Invention RU 2658401 C1 is the closest analogue of the invention we propose. This is a universal transport and launch container containing a body with guides, a pusher with at least one movable platform and at least one rotary cover and its release device, each guide is removable and made in the form of a stepped profile, the steps of which are unequal, on one of the side the surfaces of which have a groove and an angular recess that interact when reinstalling the guides with the mating parts of a specific small spacecraft being launched, while brackets are mounted on the movable platform of the pusher, which are installed on the guides with the ability to move, and the small spacecraft interacts with the movable platform of the pusher either through the brackets or through removable spacer bushings installed on the brackets, or through an end plate mounted on the movable platform of the pusher, and brackets with clamps interacting with the grooves of the guides.
The ejection of the satellite from this TPK is carried out using a spring, and there is no possibility of operational control of the ejection speed.
The technical problem solved by the proposed invention is to implement a mechanism for ejecting the satellite from the TPC, which allows you to quickly control the speed of launching the satellite into orbit, without significant electromagnetic impact on the electronic components of the satellite.
The need to solve such a technical problem is dictated by the fact that the number of launches of CubeSat standard satellites is increasing every year. At the same time, due to their small size, as a rule, such satellites do not contain maneuvering engines that would quickly stabilize the satellite’s rotation and its orientation after separation from the TPV. Therefore, the issue of operational control of the speed of launching a satellite into orbit from a transport and launch container is urgent.
The stated technical problem is solved due to the fact that the device contains a housing with guides, a self-expanding basket and a mechanism for moving the basket with the satellite, followed by its separation and launch into orbit. The movement is carried out using racks, transmission mechanisms and stepper motors, which allow for operational control of the speed of the satellite’s removal from the transport and launch container.
The difference from the closest analogue is:
в реализации оперативного управления скоростью выведения спутника благодаря использованию зубчатых реек и передаточных механизмов в сочетании с шаговыми двигателями;in the implementation of operational control of the satellite launch speed through the use of gear racks and transmission mechanisms in combination with stepper motors;
в использовании в качестве удерживающего элемента спутника и его толкателя одновременно самораскрывающейся корзины.in the use of a self-expanding basket as a holding element of the satellite and its pusher.

1.The TPK device includes a frame 1 for holding the basket 2, into which the satellite 6 is installed, fixed by the holders 7 of the basket 2, moving when removed along the guides 10 of the frame 1, while the same basket 2 is used as a pusher, having folding side, top and lower walls 12, which can move along guides 9, and the upper and lower walls of the basket 2 are equipped with rigidly fixed gear racks 5, interacting with transmission mechanisms 14 each, due to which the influence from the upper and lower stepper motors 13 is transmitted to the basket 2, respectively, as a result in which the side, upper and lower walls 12 of the basket 2 are pulled out from the guides 9 to the outside of the TPC, after which the spring-loaded hinges 4 are activated and the basket 2 opens, as shown in FIG. 3, and the satellite 6, under the influence of the received impulse, is separated from the TPC, while the basket 2 itself remains in the TPC, since it has a locking plate 3 on the rear wall 11, which rests after opening the basket 2 against the racks 8 of the frame 1.
1.The device works as follows. Satellite 6 is placed on the back wall 11 from the inside of basket 2, after which the side, top and bottom walls 12 are folded and satellite 6 fixed by holders 7 together with basket 2 are placed in frame 1 along guides 10 and 9, respectively. After this, a locking plate 3 is installed and fixed on the rear wall 11, and transmission mechanisms 14 along with stepper motors 13 are installed on top and bottom of the gear racks 5, the upper and lower walls of the basket, respectively, and are further fixed in the compartment for the TPK along with the latter. To push the satellite out of the TPC, stepper motors 13 are synchronously driven by an electric drive. As a result, basket 2 with satellite 6 begins to move outward from the TPK along guides 9 and 10. As soon as the side, top and bottom walls 12 of basket 2 are released from guides 9, the spring-loaded hinges 4 are activated and basket 2 opens, and satellite 6 is influenced by the resulting impulse is separated from the TPK, basket 2 remains in the TPK, since the locking plate 3 attached to it, after opening the basket 2, will rest against the racks 8 of frame 1.
The technical result of using the invention is that by controlling (synchronously) the speed of rotation of the shafts of stepper motors through transmission mechanisms, it is possible to quickly control the speed of extension of the basket, which acts as a pusher, and therefore control the speed of launching the satellite into orbit from the TPC. At the same time, the electric drive and stepper motors do not create a significant electromagnetic pulse that can have a significant impact on the electronic components of the satellite.
