Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the energy sector for automatically monitoring and monitoring the condition of coupling capacitors at power facilities, to determine the beginning of the process of destruction of the coupling capacitor and its timely replacement.
A connection filter with a coupling capacitor leakage current sensor is known from the prior art (utility model patent No. 209674 dated 03/18/2022, IPC G01R 27/14), consisting of a drain coil, one terminal of which is designed to be electrically connected to the coupling capacitor, and the second terminal is grounded, as a leakage current sensor - an electromagnetic field indicator in the form of an inductance coil with a core placed along the longitudinal axis of the electromagnetic field of the drain coil, while the drain coil and the electromagnetic field indicator are fixed relative to each other with a gap, preferably at a distance of 1 -50 mm. The output of the electromagnetic field indicator is designed to be electrically connected to the analog signal input module. The electromagnetic field indicator additionally contains a tuning capacitor. An electromagnetic field indicator in the form of an inductance coil with a core is tuned into resonance with the frequency of the industrial current in the electrical network.
The disadvantages of this solution are the complexity of the design, significant labor costs during its maintenance and low security of structural elements with a high accident rate. This is explained by the fact that the design uses many elements placed in the connection filter, such as an indicator with a core coil and a drain coil, between which a fixed gap must be maintained, as well as a tuning capacitor, a controller connected to a current sensor, as a current The sensor uses an electromagnetic field indicator in the form of an inductor with a core, which must be tuned to resonance with the industrial frequency current. In this case, the terminals of the drain coil are connected to the coupling capacitor and to ground. This design complicates the process of assembling and servicing filter elements. The current sensor is located in a hard-to-reach place, as it is fixed in the connection filter and if the sensor fails, to replace it, it is necessary to remove the connection filter cover, which is a rather labor-intensive and time-consuming process. Meanwhile, when replacing it, it becomes necessary to re-adjust the current sensor, presented in the form of an inductance coil with a core, in resonance with the frequency of the industrial current in the electrical network. Also, a disadvantage of the known connection filter is the lack of diagnostics of the health of the current sensor and, accordingly, the transmission of an alarm signal to the dispatch service.
Another disadvantage is that the signal transmitted by the current sensor is displayed by the controller in millivolts, which takes additional time to process the information and make a decision when converting the readings into other units of measurement, for example, milliamps.
These shortcomings can lead not only to the failure of the current sensor, but also to an emergency at the power facility if prompt decision-making is impossible.
The closest technical solution, chosen as a prototype, is a system for monitoring the condition of coupling capacitors (patent for invention RU 2734542 C1 dated 10/20/2020, IPC G01R 27/04, G01R 31/64), including at least one coupling capacitor, connected to the power line, at least one connection filter and at least one coupling capacitor monitoring sensor, wherein the number of sensors corresponds to the number of coupling capacitors and connection filters, as well as a controller. The connection filter contains an additional separate winding to which a coupling capacitor monitoring sensor is connected, the output of which is connected to the analog input of the controller.
Disadvantage This technical solution is the complexity of the design of the monitoring system, since to monitor the condition of the coupling capacitor, a connection filter is used, which has an additional winding to which the coupling capacitor monitoring sensor is connected, and the coupling capacitor monitoring sensor consists of a diode bridge to which the terminals of an additional separate winding are connected connection filter transformer, one resistor and capacitor connected in parallel and connected to the terminals of the diode bridge, a second resistor that forms the output current, an output connector to the contacts of which the sensor output is connected, connected to the analog input of the monitoring system controller. This design complicates the process of assembling and servicing the system for monitoring the condition of coupling capacitors, since the current sensor is located in a hard-to-reach place and is fixed in an additional separate winding of the connection filter; moreover, if the sensor fails, to replace it it is necessary to remove the connection filter cover, and after replacing the sensor, it is necessary to re-configure the circuit elements, which is a rather labor-intensive and time-consuming process.
Another disadvantage is the lack of diagnostics of the serviceability of the current sensor and, accordingly, in the event of its breakdown, the lack of transmission of an alarm signal to the dispatch service, which does not allow identifying its malfunction and replacing it with a working one in order to quickly prevent an emergency situation.
Another drawback that affects the speed of processing the information signal is the constant voltage value displayed on the controller display, which for accurate calculations must be converted from millivolts to milliamps, which takes additional time.
The technical objective of the proposed invention is to create a simplified design of a device for monitoring the leakage current of a coupling capacitor and reducing the accident rate at a power facility and, as a result, increasing the service life of the equipment.

The present invention is illustrated in the drawing.
The drawing shows a proposed circuit for monitoring the leakage current of a coupling capacitor.
The device contains: stud 1 of the connection filter 7, on which a housing 4 is fixed to protect the leakage current sensor 3 of the
When the device is operating, the signal coming from the
In this case, the magnitude of the current using the leakage current sensor 3 of the
Thus, the location of the leakage current sensor 3 of the
Displaying the direct current value as a signal on the controller display in milliamperes (mA) ensures quick information processing and decision-making, since there is no need to convert values from one unit of measurement to another.
