Abstract

FIELD: container for small arms.

SUBSTANCE: container for storing small arms in the field contains separate cells for storing assault rifles, bags with magazines for assault rifles, pistols and ammunition for them. The container contains a metal body, doors with locking devices and hinges for a lock, racks with retractable holders for assault rifles and places for boxes with ammunition and pistols. Retractable cradle contains push-type stoppers for fixation in extreme positions and rigidly fixed brackets. The brackets structurally replicate the upper part of the assault rifle magazine body with hooks and support protrusions.

EFFECT: reduction in the weight and dimensions of a container for storing small arms in the field, increasing the efficiency of using the container's volume.

Description

The invention relates to means for storing small arms and ammunition in the field.

This invention is intended for organizing the storage of small arms (5.45 mm Kalashnikov AK-74 assault rifles and all its modifications, as well as pistols) and ammunition for them when deploying military units in the field.

From patent literature and publicly available information, a variety of containers are known for storing weapons and ammunition in the field:

- container for storing weapons (patent for industrial design No. 116913 dated October 10, 2019);

- container body KK-01-KHO is designed for storing small arms and ammunition in the field, manufactured by KuzbassSvyazResurs LLC

- container body KK-06-KHO, manufactured by KuzbassSvyazResurs LLC;

- a mobile room for storing weapons manufactured by the Kron Investment Group company, manufactured on the basis of a container body of the KRON-KK-01 series;

- container module for storing weapons PE-2945.000, manufactured by Prizma LLC, Yekaterinburg.

All listed containers have the same design; it is a large metal container with double-leaf external doors. Dimensions of containers (along the outer walls excluding protruding parts of attachments and additional equipment) are no less than: height - 2.28 m, width - 2.15 m, length - 5.0 m. Small arms are stored in them located along the walls , separate pyramids in a vertical position, the center of the container is free and intended for the passage of personnel.

The disadvantages of these containers are their large weight and dimensions with a relatively small capacity for stored small arms. To deliver and move such containers, special vehicles URAL-4320, KAMA3-4310 with an extended side platform (5660 mm), open (without an awning with the crossbars removed) with closed sides, as well as other wheeled and tracked vehicles with the appropriate carrying capacity are required. The operation of these containers must be ensured in conjunction with a loading device - a truck crane. In addition, the large size of containers complicates the unloading process and increases the time to prepare the site for its installation, especially in wooded areas.

The problem to which the present invention is aimed is to improve the design of known containers for storing weapons by eliminating these shortcomings and increasing the functional load of the internal volume of the container, as well as reducing its weight and size characteristics, which will allow its delivery and movement using any on-board cargo vehicles and special lifting equipment available in military units.

The technical result is a reduction in the weight and dimensions of a container for storing small arms in the field, increasing the efficiency of using the container's volume.

The required technical result is achieved by reducing the weight and dimensions of the container, by placing the machine guns in a horizontal position, securing them using a window in the receiver intended for installing a magazine on special retractable cradle.

Distinctive features gave the mobile container a new quality: functional load in official handling for its intended purpose due to the organization of placement and the method of fastening the machines in it.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the drawing, which has purely illustrative purposes and does not limit the scope of the claims. The drawing shows a proposed mobile container for storing small arms and ammunition in the field.

An example of the invention - a mobile container for storing small arms and ammunition in the field - is not the only possible one, but clearly demonstrates the implementation of the proposed design in a stable relationship of structural elements.

The proposed mobile container is a metal body of 1 size: height - 1.9 m, width - 1.73 m, length - 1.3 m. The container is equipped with 2.6 doors with locking devices and hinges for a 33 lock. Shelving is located inside the container with 27 trays and places for boxes with ammunition and pistols. The container is equipped with a sound and light alarm located on the roof of the container 8, which is triggered when any of the main doors 2.6 or any of the niche doors 4.21 is opened. For the convenience of loading and unloading operations, the container in its upper part is equipped with four hinges 7, located along the edges of the roof. To protect against precipitation, a retractable canopy 9 is equipped in the upper part, which, if necessary, extends and is fixed above the working area. For the convenience of opening and closing doors 2,6 there are handles 5. On the right door 2 on the inside there are: a stand with pockets for placing replaceable documentation 10, two removable electric flashlights 11 and a folding table 12, designed for the convenience of making the necessary notes. On the left door 6 of the mobile container there are also two stands with pockets 16 intended for placing information posters in them. On the lower shelf of the mobile container, in separate compartments, there is a box 14 for storing ammunition for stored small arms and a box for storing pistols 13. In the rear lower left part of the mobile container there is a niche 15, which houses additional devices for servicing small arms (folding remote table, rags, gun oil, etc.). In the niche 20, located in the rear lower right part of the mobile container, there is a 55A/H - 12 V battery power source intended to power the light and sound alarm and the LED lamp 22 for additional lighting of the internal volume of the mobile container. Anti-stabbing devices 3 are attached to the left door for additional protection of the locks from burglary.

The proposed method of fastening the machines is shown in Fig. 4.

On the cradle 27, which is extended horizontally, there is a rigidly fixed bracket 26, which structurally repeats the upper part of the machine gun magazine body with a hook 31 and a supporting protrusion 32.

The machine guns (with bayonet knives attached) are fixed on a retractable cradle using a window in the receiver for mounting the magazine 28, then fixed with a magazine latch 30. The machine guns fixed in this way slide horizontally into a separate cell along guides 24. At the end of each guide there is a plastic , transparent pocket 23 for a label with machine credentials. The cradle is equipped with push-type stoppers 29, designed to fix the cradle in the outermost position 25, in order to ensure convenient fastening of the machine and fixation in the outermost position, which prevents the cradle with the machine from moving along the guides when transporting a mobile container.

To the right of the stored machine guns there are solid (to the full depth of the mobile container) retractable cradle 18 for storing bags with magazines 17. The design and principle of moving them in the cell is similar to the cradle for attaching machine guns. For ease of movement of the cradle intended for storing bags with magazines, there is a handle 19 on its extreme part.

Thus, the claimed invention is an improved, optimal in terms of weight and size characteristics, mobile container for storing 98 machine guns, boxes with ammunition and pistols in a horizontal position in separate cells on special holders, boxes with ammunition and pistols in the field. A mobile container allows the most efficient use of the volume of the container for storing small arms, provides a convenient way to transport small arms, while having smaller weight and size characteristics. Given the ratio of the number of places for storing small arms to the volume of the container, in the proposed invention this figure is 3-5 times higher than existing containers.

The claimed technical solution meets the patentability condition of “inventive step”, since it does not clearly follow from the prior art, which includes any information that has become publicly available in the world.

The claimed technical solution meets the patentability condition of “novelty”, since no facts of the development of a similar invention have been identified from known and publicly available sources of information.

The claimed technical solution meets the patentability requirement of “industrial applicability”, since the proposed invention can be economically produced from available materials in a known manner and used in any law enforcement agencies.

A container for storing small arms in the field, including separate cells for storing machine guns, bags with magazines for machine guns, pistols and ammunition for them, characterized in that it contains a metal body, doors with locking devices and hinges for a lock, racks with retractable holders for machine guns and places for boxes with ammunition and pistols, while the retractable cradle contains push-type stoppers, providing fixation in extreme positions, and rigidly fixed brackets, structurally repeating the upper part of the body of the machine gun magazine with hooks and support protrusions, designed to be aligned with the window in receiver for attaching the magazine and securing it with a magazine latch.
