Description

A pack for smoking tobacco products with a means for extracting smoking products.

The invention relates to packaging for tobacco industry products, such as smoking products, and can be used for packaging, storing, and transporting smoking products with the ability to remove smoking products from the pack while meeting hygiene requirements.

A variety of packaging for storage and transportation of the tobacco industry is known from the prior art. Such products, as a rule, have an outer part in the form of a box with a hinged lid, as well as an internal part located inside the outer part, which serves to accommodate smoking products. The outer part is packed in a protective film to protect the pack (see, for example, patent RU 2760801, published on November 30, 2021, patent RU 2756358, published on September 29, 2021).

All these packages are intended only to contain smoking products, and they do not allow smoking products to be removed from the pack when opening the pack and tilting back the lid without using tactile contact with the smoking products, that is, it is possible to remove smoking products only with the help of your fingers. The disadvantage of this extraction is that in unsanitary conditions, when there is no way to wash your hands, as well as in the conditions of the emergence and development of ever new viruses that spread, including through tactile contact, the surface of a smoking product (for example, a filter) when removing it from the pack, is grabbed by dirty fingers, and then such a surface of the smoking product is covered by the lips when smoking, which entails a high probability of transferring infections, bacteria, viruses, dirt from the hands into the oral cavity and the human body through the smoking product.

The closest solution to the proposed solution is a cigarette pack consisting of an outer pack in the form of a box with a hinged lid and an inner pack for a group of cigarettes, and which has removal assist means for removing at least one first cigarette when the outer pack is opened using a lifting belt ( see patent RU 2699163, published 09/03/2019).

The lifting tape of such a pack only allows you to lift one or several first cigarettes, which makes their subsequent removal from the pack easier. However, subsequent removal of cigarettes from the pack must also be done using your fingers.

The disadvantage of the closest solution is the inability to remove smoking products from the pack without manual (tactile) contact with the surface of the smoking product, which is covered by the lips during smoking. Thus, when removed with dirty hands, bacteria, viruses, infections, dirt remain on the surface of, for example, a filter, and there is no hygiene when using smoking products and lips touching the surface that was in contact with dirty hands at the time of removal from the pack.

The technical problem solved by the proposed invention is the elimination of this disadvantage.

The technical result of the invention is to improve hygiene when using smoking products by eliminating the need for direct contact with the fingers with the surface of the smoking product, which is covered by the lips, making it possible to remove and hold the smoking product without direct manual contact with the smoking product.

The technical result of the invention is achieved due to the fact that a pack for smoking products contains an outer part in the form of a box with a hinged lid, an internal part located inside the outer part for placing smoking products, as well as a means for removing smoking products, made in the form of an element for capturing the surface of a smoking filter articles with the possibility of at least partial removal of the smoking article from the pack.

The means for removing smoking articles may be located on the inside of the hinged lid, or between the inner surface of the outer part and the outer surface of the inner part.

In addition, the outer part is provided with a protective film, wherein the means for removing smoking articles can be located between the outer surface of the outer part of the package and the protective film.

The proposed pack (packaging) for smoking products made from tobacco products is a widely used design and contains the outer part of the package, which is a box 1 with a hinged lid 2. The lid 2 is made with the ability to open and close (along the fold line) with the ability to provide access to smoking products 4 and vice versa (closing).

In this case, the outer part (box) 1 can be made of any shape and any size for any type of smoking products 4, for example, for standard size cigarettes, for reduced size cigarettes, for enlarged size cigarettes, for cigars or cigarillos, for sticks for electronic cigarettes etc.

Inside the outer box 1 there is an inner part 3 of the package, which is designed to accommodate a group of smoking products 4. In this case, the inner part 3 together with smoking products 4 is located inside the outer box 1. The inner part 3 can be made of any known and used for these material purposes, for example, paper, foil, foil paper, etc., that is, from any material known from the prior art and used for these purposes when packaging tobacco products (smoking products 4).

The proposed pack also contains means 5 for removing smoking products 4 from the pack (from the inner 3 and outer 1 parts, respectively). The means 5 is made in the form of a removable element for gripping smoking products 4, which serves to engage (grab) the smoking product 4 and then remove it from the pack without tactile contact, that is, without using fingers and without touching the surface of the smoking product 4 (to the filter or to another surface that is covered by the lips during use).

The means 5 for removing smoking articles 4 from the pack is made primarily in the form of a rod. At one end of the rod, either a hook 6 or a bend 7 can be formed, directed away from the rod (for example, perpendicular to the rod or at a slight acute angle to the rod). Hook 6 or bend 7 is designed to hook the smoking product 4 for its subsequent removal from the pack.

When using the proposed pack with product 5 in the form of a rod with a hook 6 or a bend 7, small holes 8 (one, two, three, four holes around the perimeter) should be formed on the surface of the smoking article 4 (one, two, three, four holes around the perimeter), into which the hook 6 or bend 7 of the product 5 is inserted (rod) for subsequent removal of the smoking article 4 from the pack, eliminating the need to manually touch the surface of the smoking article 4 when removing it from the pack. Such a hole can be formed, preferably, in the filter area closer to the end of the smoking article 4, or in any other convenient place.

At the other end of the rod (means 5), a flat surface 9 can be formed, intended for contact, for example, with the filter of a smoking product 4. Providing a flat surface 9 on the rod is advisable in the case of using a pack of sticks for electronic cigarettes, when it is necessary to press on the filter of the stick when inserted into an electronic device. Such a flat surface 9 makes it possible to avoid direct manual contact with the surface of the smoking article 4 (with a filter) when inserting it into an electronic device. That is, such a flat surface 9 can be pressed onto the stick filter and it enters the electronic device, eliminating manual contact, increasing the hygiene of subsequent use. However, it is possible to have a flat surface 9 on the rod when using a pack for standard cigarettes and other types of smoking products 4.

Such other end of the flat surface rod 9 may be a round shape, or a square shape, or a triangular shape, or an oval shape, or any other possible shape (for example, a star shape, a lattice shape, and so on).

The flat surface 9, along with the possibility of eliminating the need for direct manual contact with the smoking product 4, can serve, for example, to place an advertisement or logo (trademark) of a company producing tobacco products. It is also possible to produce personalized gift packs, where any engraving (with a name, with an image, with a portrait, etc.) can be made on the flat surface of the 9th rod.

In an embodiment, the other end of the rod can be made in the form of a fork 10 (with two teeth), which serves to hold the smoking article during use, excluding manual contact with the surface of the smoking article 4. In this case, the distance between the teeth of the fork 10 should be less than the diameter smoking article 4 for the purpose of its reliable fixation. In this case, means 5 performs both the function of removing the smoking product 4 from the pack and the function of holding the smoking product 4 during use, eliminating manual contact with the surface of the smoking product, which increases hygiene and eliminates the possibility of transferring bacteria, infections, viruses, etc. from the surface of the hands into the human oral cavity.

In an embodiment, the rod can simultaneously have both a flat surface 9 and a fork 10. That is, a hook 6 or a bend 7 is formed at one end of the rod, a flat surface 9 is formed in the middle part of the rod, and a fork 10 is formed at the other end of the rod.

The rod in any part of it from the other end (the opposite end with hook 6 or bend 7) can be equipped with a special small protrusion 13, which serves to hook the fingers and allows you to remove the product 5 from the pack for its subsequent use.

In an embodiment, the means 5 for removing smoking articles 4 can be made in the form of mini tongs, which can be used to grip the surface of the smoking article 4 and remove it from the pack. Moreover, such tongs can be simultaneously used for subsequent holding of the smoking article 4 during its use (during smoking), excluding direct manual contact with the surface of the smoking article, increasing hygiene.

The proposed pack may also additionally include a separate means 14 for holding the smoking product outside the pack, made in the form of a fork or tongs.

For the manufacture of means 5 (as well as means 14), any durable material can be used. For example, the means 5 may be made of metal, or hard plastic, or any other durable material.

It is also possible to use precious materials to make means 5, for example, when making a personalized pack that is intended for a specific person, for example, as a gift (or to an indefinite number of people). In this case, the means 5 can be made of silver or gold or platinum, or a combination of such materials. In this case, the flat surface 9 can be inlaid with precious stones and a certain engraving (name, portrait, etc.) can be made on such a surface. In any case, even when the means 5 is made of precious materials, they provide high hygiene when using the pack and smoking articles 4, eliminating the need for manual contact with the surface of the smoking article 4 when removing it from the pack, as well as when using it.

The means 5, 14 can be arranged in the pack as follows.

The means 5 can be located inside the pack, that is, for example, under the hinged lid 2 along it. In this case, a special fixing element 11 can be formed on the inside of the cover 2, which fixes the means 5 so that it does not fall out of the pack when opening the cover 2. The fixing element 11 can be made, for example, in the form of a clip or in the form of a flat clamp , or in the form of a pocket, etc., preventing product 5 from falling out of the pack (which also eliminates the possibility of product 5 coming into contact with contaminated surfaces if it could fall out of the pack). In this case, the length of the means 5 must be less than or equal to the length of the inner surface of the cover 2.

The means 5 can also be located inside the pack in a specially formed space (pocket, pouch, or standard space) between the outer surface of the inner part 3 and the inner surface of the outer part 1 of the pack. Such an internal space for accommodating the means 5 can be formed on the side or on the front side or on the rear inner side. This space allows the product 5 to be placed inside the pack during its use, preventing the product 5 from falling out of the pack and coming into contact with contaminated surfaces. A latch (not shown) can also be located in such a space, fixed, for example, on the inner surface of the box 1 and serving to securely hold the means 5 inside the pack, preventing it from falling out. Such a retainer can be made either in the form of an elastic flexible tape or a flat clamp.

Also in an embodiment, the means 5 can be located on the outside of the outer part 1 of the pack, for example, on the side or on the front side. In this case, a means 12 for holding the means 5 can be formed on the outer surface of the pack, made, for example, in the form of an elastic flexible tape or in the form of a flat clamp, or other retainer, which can be made in any known way that ensures the retention of the means 5, preventing its loss . In this case, means 5 can be located under the protective film used during the initial packaging of the package before it is opened.

At the same time, both a means 5 for removing smoking articles 4 and a means 14 for holding smoking articles 4 can be located in the proposed pack. The means 14 can be located in a similar way to the means 5, i.e. either under the cover 2, or in the space between the outer part 1 and the inner part 3, or on the outside of the box 1 under the protective film. The locations of the means 5 and 14 can be different, for example, the means 5 is located inside the pack, and the holding means 14 is on the outside of the pack, or vice versa, or both the means 5 and the holding means 14 can be simultaneously located inside the pack, or simultaneously outside packs. Any options for their placement and location are possible.

If means 5 and means 14 are located inside the pack between the outer part 1 and the inner part 3, the length of both means 5 and means 14 should be no more than the height of the inner part 3 of the pack.

Use the proposed pack as follows.

Remove the protective film from the outer part 1, open the cover 2, providing access to the smoking products 4. Next, the user takes the means 5 for removing the smoking products 4 (rod or tongs, depending on the form of the means 5). Depending on where the tool 5 is located (inside the pack under the lid 2 or in the space between the inner 3 and outer 1 parts of the pack, or on the outside of the outer part 1 of the pack under the protective film), the user removes the tool 5, for example, by pulling the end , opposite the end with the hook 6 (bend 7), including using the protrusion 13. Next, the user inserts the hook 6 (bend 7) into the hole 8 formed on the filter of the smoking product 4 and completely (or partially) removes the smoking product 4 from the pack. This prevents direct manual contact of the user with the surface of the smoking product 4 when removing it from the pack. As a result, hygiene is ensured when using smoking articles 4 by eliminating the need for direct contact between fingers and the surface of the smoking article 4, which is covered by the lips. Next, the user uses the smoking article 4, and he can use the reverse side of the rod with the fork 10 (or tongs for holding) to hold the smoking article 4, also eliminating manual contact with the smoking article, increasing the hygiene of use. Also, if the pack contains separate means 14 for holding smoking articles, the user similarly removes means 14 from the pack and uses it to hold the smoking article during use.

When using the proposed pack for sticks for electronic cigarettes, the user performs similar actions to remove it. And when inserting the stick into an electronic device, the user presses on the surface of the stick with the flat surface 9 of the rod, inserts the stick into the electronic device, eliminating manual contact with the surface of the smoking product 4, which also ensures hygiene during use.

Thus, the implementation of the proposed pack for smoking products 4 using a means 5 for removing smoking products 4, which can be made in the form of a rod with a hook 6 at one end or with a bend 7, as well as with a special flat surface 9 or with a fork 10 on at the opposite end, or in the form of tongs, allows you to remove smoking products 4 without direct manual contact with the smoking product 4, which significantly increases hygiene when using smoking products 4 by eliminating the need for direct contact with the fingers with the surface of the smoking product 4, which is covered by the lips. The additional use of a means 14 for holding the smoking article 4 allows one to hold the smoking article 4 without direct manual contact with the smoking article 4, which also significantly increases hygiene when using smoking articles 4 by eliminating the need for direct contact of fingers with the surface of the smoking article 4. This is especially important. in unsanitary conditions and in conditions of the emergence of more and more new viruses, the presence of various unfavorable bacteria, infections, in conditions where the user does not have the opportunity to wash his hands before using smoking products 4.
